I have a wonderful experience with MountAVision purchase. I bought a Bell'o TV stand from MountAvision based on other people comments on AVSforum. The price is lowest that I can find any where. It turned out it was a price mistake. However, it was a honest mistake and the owner of the store, Chris, contacted me to explain the situation. We worked out a price that still lowest compared with other online seller and hopefully still not a lost to Chris. I'm happy that Chris offer me this price instead of cancelling my order. He also offer me discount for next order. He's very helpful and very nice to work with. The shipping is super fast, the stand weight 180 lbs but only take 3 days to reach me since Chris shipped it through air. The product is great, no damage during shipping. Very happy with the product and service. I only have good word about MountAvision and Chris. I highly highly recommend it and will definitely do business with when I have a need to purchase AV equipment.

Ordered an extended warranty through MountAVision. Warranty arrived quickly, without problem. Communication with Chris at MountAVision was very good. Glad I chose this online retailer.

Decent experience. Lots of customer interaction which is great. Seller does not actually stock items which is not necessarily unusual but it means that they are not in total control of their inventory.

I ordered a Mack extended warranty for my new plasma from MountAVision based on their good reputation on AVSForum.com, and the icing on the cake was that they also happen to have the lowest price i could find on the web. Excellent communication too! Chris responded to my emails promptly and answered all my questions completely, and provided me with a UPS tracking number.  
 
My order was processed quickly and my package arrived at my door within the week. Registering my warranty via Mack's website was quick and painless.

The mount came right away. It was easy to install. Definitely need two people to install TV on wall. I was unable to install the locking bars below the mount because the brackets that mounts to the back of the TV could not be reached. I recommend that instructions should show the brackets to be mounted low enough so that the locking bars can be inserted. There was no room for my hands to fit behind the TV because of the low profile. Over all the mount works perfect.

I originally ordered the wrong plasma mount. Chris was very pleasant to work with and got me the proper mount with no issues at all. Great service,
