Warranty process was smooth and quick. It was all online which meant I didn't have to worry about missing the "within 30 days of purchase" deadline.

I'm very pleased with MountAVision, and I would order from them again, and encourage my friends to do so as well. The price was excellent, the delivery and shipping was very fast, and the TV arrived in pristine condition. (The box it came in wasn't even dinged up)
My only complaint was that the driver missed his first delivery window, but to make up for it they made me the first stop the next day, and arrived exactly at 8am as promised. The driver helped me unpack the set and offered to help me set it up. This is normally a service you pay extra for, and he wasn't obligated to do so by any means. Not only that, he refused a tip!
It's always a risk to pre-order a television, but MountAVision came through. I was one of the first to receive it through any vendor.

Spectacular retailer. Helpful every step of the way. Shipped very quick and product (Panasonic 50px80u) was in perfect condition. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I found about MountAVision through Avs forum,as I am a active member and enjoy that site. I bought a new Panasonic plasma and needed a warranty. I came across some happy customers of Chris from mountAVision,soon placed a 3 year warranty for my new plasma. I called with some questions and Chris was a total pro.I highly recomend MountAVision! Excellent customer service!!

What a great company!!! Excellent Customer Service!! A great product at a great price! This is how all online businesses should be. I spoke with Chris from Mountavision, what a great guy, he'll be there every step of the way and he'll even call you to see if your satisfied with your order.

Excellent customer service. Chris called several times to help me work out a problem with my credit card billing address as I had just moved. Price on the TV was unbeatable and TV arrived in perfect condition. I would buy from them again for sure.

Excellent customer service. One of the few dealers that took time to help there customer. I learned a lot about dealing with providers when trying to order my products.
1. Places may list a lower price but there is always a catch, some websites were simply fraud. If you look around you will see you wont get a better price or better customer service then mount avision.com, places that do list better prices either have a ton of problems, hidden fee's, or terrible ratings.
2. Most companies I noticed there communication was poor and hidden fee's were very upsetting. It seemed like they did not care about the customer at all. Sometimes they would not even email back and your trying to purchase there product!
With mount av however non of those difficulties apply. He gave us an excellent price, dealt with a canadian customer when some dealers would not even sell to me, or would increase there fee's seeing me as an easy way to put in extra charges. Mountavision.com even went the extra mile and are updating my projector to the latest firmware for me so I dont have to send it in for the upgrade, something no other dealer would do.
Highly recommended.

I spoke with them regarding the warranties, they were able to explain in detail how to get repairs if necessary. They promptly sent out my tracking #, and warranty, so that I could get my product registered within my 30 day timeframe. Quick, quality service as promised!!

Chris contacted me via PM through avsforums.com after I had shown interest in the Panasonic TH-50PX80U. I had never heard of MountAVision prior, weren't on Pricegrabber.com (have no clue why), so naturally, I was skeptical, but after reading the reviews here, Chris guaranteeing me the lowest price shipped anywhere & giving me his cell phone number, I then felt it was a legit business. As most everyone has touched on, Chris is a super-nice guy...a salesman that goes above & beyond typical customer service. The 90-day, 100% money back, including free return shipping, was icing on the cake. Plus, I received the plasma 3 days after I placed the order. Can't beat it.
As for the Panasonic TH-50PX80U, I own 2 other flat-screen Panasonics, so I knew the picture would be superb. And the new Anti-reflective screen does a fine job of masking reflections. All around, definitely the finest entry level Panasonic plasma yet.

This is the only store I will purchase from online. Chris took several hours of his time on a Friday night to provide valuable information and feedback to my questions and concerns. Everything he promised happened. Don't take my word, call him! If you do, you won't go anywhere else.

I have never had an internet company or a representative who was so helpful or customer driven. He worked with me online for over an hour at 2AM to make sure I could process my order. His prices were very competitive. NYC and sleazy tactics stores take very careful note. He got my business the good old fashioned way. Service, price, attitude, service, service.... They will get my future business and word of mouth to my friends. This is the benchmark for me for many years of internet purchasing.

I purchased an extended warranty for my new HDTV. I was coming up on 30 days since purchase so need to make sure the warranty purchase and registration happened quickly so to be within the 30 days. Chris made sure it happened and followed up to make sure I got my CPS membership ID so I could register my warranty. Great experience.
