It's rare you deal with a business that stands out among the crowd as the type who not only wants your business, but actively strives to make sure you're happy with your purchase after the transaction. Chris happily answers questions not only by email or phone, but also via AVSForum's threads and PM's. I had a few questions regarding the extended warranties he offers which were most likely questions he's answered hundreds of other times and yet he still took the time to explain everything I needed to know before purchasing a CPS warranty. I actually inquired about an EW at a few other places yet was so impressed by the customer service at MountAVision I decided to purchase it there. My only regret is that I didn't purchase the TV from them too. Had I of known about the level of service provided at this site I would have purchased my TV there rather than Amazon. I have no doubt anything you purchase at MountAVision will be backed by outstanding customer support far after the transaction. Whether you prefer email, phone or a private message on AVS you'll get help fast. While this is my first purchase here it definitely won't be my last. Chris, who I assume is the owner of MountAVision, clearly understands that if you treat each customer like gold, regardless of what they buy, you'll earn their respect and, in the process, future business. To top it all off Chris clearly loves what he does and actively posts on AVSForum's. Keep up the great work Chris!
