I found MountAVision through the AVSforum website. I am usually skeptical to purchase big ticket items from online stores, but after talking to Chris at MountAVision and hearing the praise other members on the AVSforum, my skepticism quickly faded. This was also my first HDTV purchase and after deciding on the TH-50PZ800U Panasonic Viera, I decided to watch the price of this TV for awhile. MountAVision had the best price on the set and had free shipping, which made the deal even better. I had to pay tax because I was an Illinois resident, but even with tax the TV was still over $100 cheaper than the next cheapest site.
Chris also walked me through the acceptance process, which I was nervous about because of the fragile nature of larger TVs. Also, some of items I've received via freight before were delivered by rude drivers that just wanted to drop the item off before letting you check the item(s). The shipping company that MountAVision used in my area was fantastic. The delivery driver delivered the television to my apartment and knew that the tv needed to be unboxed to check the glass, all without me having to ask or say anything. In fact the delivery driver even offered to help me set up the stand and the television.
All in all, I would highly recommend MountAVision. If you have any questions or concerns, Chris is easy to reach and knowledgeable about the products he sells. I received great customer service and an excellent price.

Chris was really great throughout my entire order. I found out about him and MountAVision through AVS forums and am really glad I went with them for my CPS warranty. I would highly recommend him to everyone and would love to buy from him again.

I am generally uncomfortable buying anything online, especially purchases in excess of a few hundred dollars. When it came time to purchase my Panny 800u I did a lot of research on sellers quoting low prices and found a lot of negative info on quite a few of them which just made me more of a skeptic. When I stumbled upon Mountavision I couldn't find any unhappy customers and they had a great score with Reseller Ratings as well, so I made the purchase and my tv arrived just 3 days later. Chris maintained close contact with me via email (it never took him longer than an hour to mail back) during those 3 days while I nervously wondered if I would get what I paid for. Well, I did! There are some great companies out there but few I have encountered that are honest, upfront and not trying to pull some stupid bait and switch. Chris has earned my trust and my business in the future. I can't say one bad thing about this transaction. That is a rare thing on the net. Great customer service and ethical business practices to say the least! Thanks Chris!

I ordered the Panasonic 50PZ800u THX Plasma from Chris @ MountAVision on Tuesday, August 19th. My set arrived today! That's 2 day delivery. Unreal. Like many of us, I was unsure about ordering such a heavy & fragile set online and having it shipped. Well that fear is GONE.
Chris provides up to the minute communication and is extremely polite and professional. It seems he truly shares in our excitement. He comes highly rated from various Home Theater forums like AVS Forum and his reputation is deserved.

Have always had some trepidation making big purchases over the internet. However, while on AVS forum I saw that mountavision was very active. Called him on a Saturday evening and he was very information and the price was excellent. Communication thereafter was right on time and the unit arrived without any difficulty. If you are concerned like I was, dont worry, no sense going to the local Circuit City when you can have delivered to your home cheaper and you dont have to pay tax or put up with a salesman that may not know what they are talking about. Thank you for a great buying experience. Chris and the MountAVision team were great. I ordered a Panasonic 50" plasma TV (50pz800U) and all I can say is WOW! The TV arrived on time and the warranty with CPS was confirmed the same day. My experience with MountAVision has been overwhelmingly positive. I am always nervous making major purchases though online vendors with whichI am not personally familiar. However, I can honestly say that the focus on the consumer and the personal attention of MountAVision is clearly appreciated by customers, myselfincluded. This has been one of my best online purchases.

Real good price on the CPS 3 yr warranty. Chris was real helpful. Hopefully I wont have to use the warranty but if I do I will do another review to let everyone know how good the service is.

Customer responded back to our prompt emails within the AVS Forum and told me that our service was very good. He told me that it is hard to give a perfect rating on a warranty until he had to use it. He didn't know how satisfied he would be with Consumer Priority Serivce's customer service during his warranty period. He suggested that I place more reviews of people who had to use the CPS Warranty. That would ease a lot of peoples mind on the purchase.
We respond immediately to all customer issues. In this case our customer service was good. We want to continue the dominate trend of providing excellent customer service to each and every customer. |

I bought a CPS 3-year tv in-home warranty from MountAvisoion. I sent a lot of emails to MountAvision regarding the warranty. Chris from MountAvision anwsered them very quickly and honestly. He has been really helpful. It was also very easy to order the warranty online and I received a email confirmation within a few hours from CPS. Overall I am very pleased with the service from MountAvisoion and CPS.

The Downside -
There does not appear to be any way to get an actual human on the phone when calling the main company phone number. I tried calling approximately ten different times, all times of the day, on several different days, and the automated phone system will simply not allow anything other than leaving a message. This was frustrating when trying to make a purchase, and having questions to ask. I am sure many customers are just not willing to bother leaving a message and business is being lost.
The Upside -
After finally giving in and leaving a message, I was called back promptly, and given very good customer service. The customer service continued with calls happening even after business hours to get my issue resolved and my questions answered. I really don't think you can ask for better customer care than that, and I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this seller again.

MountAVisions customer service and excellent prices have convinced me that I will NEVER buy high end electronics from a Brick and Mortar store again. Chris was extremely helpful with the order process, returning my phone calls in a timely manner while I was deployed to Iraq. I have never had a buying process go so smoothly, except maybe gum at a gas station. I was hesitant spending several thousand dollars with a small name online retailer but it was perfect. I even had a 1 day window that I could accept the TV's due to my military schedule and Chris MADE SURE they arrived on time on that day.

I ordered an extended warranty for a Plasma TV from Chris at Mountavision. Before I placed my order I sent several questions to Chris through the AVS forum. I was amazed at the quick response I received, with each of my questions answered in a clear and useful manner.
After placing the order I received a thank you note from Chris. He has followed up several times to make sure that the Mack warranty registration process has been completed.
I found the price and service at Mountavision to be excellent and will certainly consider them for future purchases.

I bought an extended warranty for my TV from Chris. There was a little hickup with the registration process (CPS's fault, not MountAVision's) but Chris was very quick in responding to my questions/concerns. Excellent vendor. Highly recommended.

Good email communication for pre-sale questions and easy to order on the website. Fast response the next day from the warranty company.
