Previous to ever purchasing the TV Chris was very helpful. He answered every questions I had and was always quick with his replies. The price could not be touched by any other respectable vendors. My order came fast and was delivered in great shape. My driver/deliverer was great. I am recommending MountAVision to all my friends and family. I purchased a 50PZ800U and a TV stand from Mountavision.  
 
At the end of my experience, I have nothing but kind words for Chris and Mountavision. Chris is extremely honest, fair, straightforward, generous and communicative.  
 
It is worth sharing a brief anecdote. During my buying experience, something entirely out of Chris' hands (i.e. not at all his fault) went slightly off-the-rails -- there was a delay in shipping my TV stand. During this very slight hiccup, Chris stayed in constant communication. Every single one of my inquiries was responded to promptly and in detail. And Chris went the extra mile to make sure that I had a positive experience.  
 
I'm happy with the display, happy with the stand, and very happy with my buying experience. Thanks Chris!

Montavision was great to deal with. Excellent customer service and not pushy to buy extras. Chris was very knowledgeable about the product and was willing to help at all cost. We had an issue with the shipping company not wanting to to deliver the product to us because we live on a cul-de-sac and the 18 wheel truck is not allowed to turn on a cul-de-sac. Chris called the shipping company that was to deliver and fixed the issue. Would definitely do business again with this company. We need more of these "next door neighbor" companies around. I can't say enough kind words about my experience with mountavision. Chris was very helpful and informative and eager just to chat about the TV. After extensive research for a good online vendor, I was recommended to Chris at MountAVision. I ordered a Panasonic 50" VIERA THX Plasma 1080p HDTV (model #: TH-50PZ800U). Not only did he have the best price, but no sales tax and free delivery  
 
The panel arrived in perfect condition. The frame and glass are free from any damage. I powered it up and there are no stuck/burnt pixels.  
 
MountAVision's product selection and pricing are outstanding, add to that their quick  
delivery and superior customer service and you have a business model that other retailers need to emulate.  
 
If you're in the market for a flat panel TV, you can't do better than dealing with Chris and MountAVision.
