By far some of the best customer service i've received from an "Online Vendor". I must say I will be sure to check with this vendor to see if they carry a product I am searching for before making a purchase because I know I'll be well taken care of.

I ordered a Mack extended warranty for my new plasma from MountAVision based on their good reputation on AVSForum.com, and the icing on the cake was that they also happen to have the lowest price i could find on the web. Excellent communication too! Chris responded to my emails promptly and answered all my questions completely, and provided me with a UPS tracking number.  
 
My order was processed quickly and my package arrived at my door within the week. Registering my warranty via Mack's website was quick and painless.
