I bought a new keyboard that arrived damaged from shipping. (It was well-packed too; I would certainly place the blame on poor handling by FEDEX.) I called to ask about a replacement, and one was shipped the very next day - no hassle, very friendly. When i first ordered, they also checked with me because my shipping and billing addresses were different. Fantastic company; I've been made a lifelong customer.

I ordered an auto adapter for my laptop but experienced a problem with it. They were very quick to respond and sent me an upgraded adapter the same day. Works like a champ.

I couldn't find a replacement keyboard for my laptop anywhere online so I filled out a parts request form @ Laptop Parts Expert. Jeremy called me to follow up and special ordered my part. Although the price of the part was more than he originally expected, he sold it to me at or below cost and honored his original price quote. A great transaction and I highly recommend this business!
