Order with 2-day air delivery and had no problems arrived on 12-24-02 because i ordered last thursday. Will order from them again. I only purchased shirts, planning on buying some computer parts as well from them.

I ordered some case mod supplies from them, and several parts came damaged. When I sent them an email to get an RMA the response was quick and told me exactly what I needed. They shipped the items 2 day air both times when I had requested the lowest priced shipping option, as well. I was already pleased with the return experience and then when I saw my bank statement they had credited my card with the price of my return shipping. Their customer service is excellent, you get what you pay for. I wholeheartedly recommend ThinkGeek.

Thinkgeek.com is a great place. For the holiday season, since they are back logged on getting packages out, they have upgraced everyones shipping for free to make sure it arrives on time.

I've ordered shirts, babies clothes, toys, and a whole computer case from them with neon lights and rounded cables they haven't screwed up once. Stuff was on back order but I waited and they shipped it to me without making me pay for the shipping (being fair). So I will always order from them, the only pain was that they needed a proof of address since my CC is Canadian and they can't check that.

I ordered 3 t-shirts and a caffeine sampler, and about 4 days later I got the 3 shirts. But no caffeine sampler, so I emailed them. They said they goofed and that they would ship it the next day. Ok so I wait another 5 day, but still no caffeine sampler. So I email them again, they replied that it still had not been shipped and that they would have to make another order for the caffeine sampler and that it should be sent out on Monday. ( I have ordered from them before with no problem, but this time it just sucked)

Ordered two shirts from them on Friday evening. Monday was a holiday so order processing didn't get started till Tueasday. Got Both shirts on Friday as expected. Invoice showed correct billing. I dont see a need to wait till my credit card statement comes to give this comapny a good review.

Good service, responded to all my emails promptly. As I reside in Singapore, I was expecting shipping to be expensive or slow. But ThinkGeek has excellent International shipping rates and it got here in a week. I would definitely make another purchase from there again!
