Purchased a Xonix 512MB USB Memory watch from ThinkGeek. Decided AGAINST other sellers based on their ratings here, even if the watch was much cheaper elsewhere.
ThinkGeek came through very quickly and shipped the exact item that I ordered. I was able to follow the order, from placement to delivery, online and via automatic updates. Customer service is polite, responsive, and helpful. Further, they don't spam me.
The watch worked flawlessly for a while, however, it started having issues right at the end of ThinkGeek's return period. ThinkGeek (rightly) quoted policy and sent me to the manufacturer, but the manuf. has NOT responded to my queries for assistance. To be fair, it hasn't been more than a couple of weeks, and they are in another country, but they don't even acknowledge that I'm writing them. ThinkGeek, keeping with the spirit of working with me, has at least indicated that they are interested what experience I end up having with Xonix. No matter how it turns out in the end, that's professional.

Placed order on Wed w/ UPS ground, got package on Friday. Talk about speedy service. Too bad the Cold Heat Soldering Tool isn't working like it's suppose to. It's suppose to be "cool to the touch" right after use, but it sure felt hot when i touched it. But i guess that's a defect w/ the product, has nothing to do w/ ThinkGeek. Just venting for a bad purchase.

Excellent, fast shipping. Great merchandise that you can't find anywhere else. Wonderful service. What more could you want?
This is the second time I've ordered from ThinkGeek and both times it's been a painless experience. The package arrived a full day ahead of schedule - ordered ~11:30 AM Wed., arrived ~12:30 the next day - well worth the $.40 more it cost for second-day delivery!
A mark against them - they forgot to include a gift message I'd written on the packing slip. Didn't slow the order, though, and didn't cost anything extra to add it.

I purchased a binary clock from ThinkGeek. My order arrived rather quickly, which was nice. However, when I opened the shipping box, I found that the item was severely water damaged. This means that they chose to ship me a damaged item, an item which, had I seen it on the shelf in a store, I would not have bought. The box had clearly been soaked through, and when I opened it, the manual inside was also water damaged. Everything was dry by the time I got to it, but it was still obvious that this item had been soaked. Pretty shady to send a customer an obviosuly damaged item. All this being said, the item worked fine. I was/am still pissed that they sent me the item in the shape it was in though.
I will not be buying anything from ThinkGeek.com again.

I purchased two shirts strictly for my inner nerd, and I got worried after a bit when one of them got lost in shipment. I waited a week or so, and when nothing changed on UPS's site I called ThinkGeek up, and was talking to a live rep in no time. I asked her what I could do about it, and she said that it got lost in shipment judging from the tracking page, and that they would send a new one out the next day with upgraded shipping.
Needless to say, I'm a happy camper, they stock items hard to find around the web, and I'll be looking forward to another order in the future.

A good place to find cool geeky things. Great descriptions of everything. Decent prices and no hassle shipping. Everything I have ordered so far has come quickly and well within the estimated shipping time. The one return I have made was done quickly and easily.

Missing items from shipment; 2nd shipment damaged and still missing items. I was only given a partial refund for missing items from my order. I didn't receive any response to my inquiries.

Ordered two t-shirts and a tin of caffeine mints from Thinkgeek. I expected the items to arrive rather quickly and was disappointed when they took longer to ship than usual from most merchants.
When my box arrived, I was also greeted by an unpleasant surprise. Thinkgeek had shipped me someone else's order. But, a few e-mails to the company (and a few days for Thinkgeek to respond) the proper items were on the way, and I had to ship back the item I received.
An unfortunate mishap, but my items did arrive successfully about three weeks after the original order date. This review was modified by its author, Jutral, on

First time that I ever placed an order with the company and ended up getting someone elses order. The item that I needed is time sensitive related but its too late now. Now im gonna have to wait twice as long to send the items back to get the item that I orginally ordered.

I ordered a t-shirt and a poster, the prices were good, the site is easy to navigate, and the shipping was great. I paid 8 dollars for airborne express 2 day. I placed my order at about 2 on monday and recived it wendsday afternoon. Will definetly order from them again.

Order 3 tshirts, one of them was free because I had some geek points. Everything came today, but that was because I had some credit card problems. Shirts that I got was geek., Capture the Bear, and Evil leet. This has been my 3rd time shopping from them. I have 10 of their tshirts now. I love the new airborne express. It is cheap and fast.

Ordered three T-Shirts: "I Don't Work Here", "Esc", and "Joystick Junkie". Pricing is good, they're nice shirts for a decent price - $15 each, when I ordered. Their other products however, are a tad on the high side in my opinion.
Two of the shirts were out of stock and on backorder, but they have since shipped, and my last shirt should be arriving tomorrow. That was a minor annoyance, but I can't really blame them. Other than that - service is excellent, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

What a great company to work with. I ordered a laser pointer in January, which died fairly quickly. They sent out a replacement VERY quickly. After receiving the new one I tested it ok, but did not get to use it a lot at first. My wife than began using it to play with the cats and this one again died in the same way. Being it was well over 30 days I had no expectations from them, but emailed the company looking for info about the Manufacturer so I could find out about a warranty. Their customer service told me they had had quite a few complaints about this model. First I was suprised at this admission, this is VERY uncommon to find in today's world! They gave me an RMA to exchange it for a new version of the product! Great company!
