A very neat company with very neat merchandise that you will have a hard time finding somewhere else.

Ordered two t-shirts and a tin of caffeine mints from Thinkgeek. I expected the items to arrive rather quickly and was disappointed when they took longer to ship than usual from most merchants.  
 
When my box arrived, I was also greeted by an unpleasant surprise. Thinkgeek had shipped me someone else's order. But, a few e-mails to the company (and a few days for Thinkgeek to respond) the proper items were on the way, and I had to ship back the item I received.  
 
An unfortunate mishap, but my items did arrive successfully about three weeks after the original order date.

First time that I ever placed an order with the company and ended up getting someone elses order. The item that I needed is time sensitive related but its too late now. Now im gonna have to wait twice as long to send the items back to get the item that I orginally ordered.

I ordered a t-shirt and a poster, the prices were good, the site is easy to navigate, and the shipping was great. I paid 8 dollars for airborne express 2 day. I placed my order at about 2 on monday and recived it wendsday afternoon. Will definetly order from them again.

Order 3 tshirts, one of them was free because I had some geek points. Everything came today, but that was because I had some credit card problems. Shirts that I got was geek., Capture the Bear, and Evil leet. This has been my 3rd time shopping from them. I have 10 of their tshirts now. I love the new airborne express. It is cheap and fast.

Ordered three T-Shirts: "I Don't Work Here", "Esc", and "Joystick Junkie". Pricing is good, they're nice shirts for a decent price - $15 each, when I ordered. Their other products however, are a tad on the high side in my opinion.  
 
Two of the shirts were out of stock and on backorder, but they have since shipped, and my last shirt should be arriving tomorrow. That was a minor annoyance, but I can't really blame them. Other than that - service is excellent, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

What a great company to work with. I ordered a laser pointer in January, which died fairly quickly. They sent out a replacement VERY quickly. After receiving the new one I tested it ok, but did not get to use it a lot at first. My wife than began using it to play with the cats and this one again died in the same way. Being it was well over 30 days I had no expectations from them, but emailed the company looking for info about the Manufacturer so I could find out about a warranty. Their customer service told me they had had quite a few complaints about this model. First I was suprised at this admission, this is VERY uncommon to find in today's world! They gave me an RMA to exchange it for a new version of the product! Great company!

Quick shipment, said 5-10 got it in 4. Also no problems with the items ordered, they were exactly what was pictured. Prices were fair and updated shipping info was prompt and as needed. Finally I got no spam from them as I have from other online shops.

These guys have fun stuff and their prices are good and their customer service is way above par! They trust in their customers as much as buyers are expected to trust in online retailers. Their shipping is quick and reliable and where else can you find Megatokyo.com gear!?!?

WOW!!! I ordered late in the afternoon on 2/27, and i received my shirts on 2/28 in the morning!  
 
Shipping was not bad, and instant shipment!

These guys are pretty good. They have stuff you won't see anywhere else (retina scanner security system for your computer anyone?). I would definetly order from them again, but I did have a couple issues:  

Unique items. I ordered a computer case (unique) and it arrived a few days later. During my wait, when I visisted their website to check status of my order, it was tagged "processing". I called thinkgeek and was told my order was shipped a few days ago and provided me a UPS tracking number. The order arrived that very day.  
So, my only complaint would be that it would have been helpful to have the tracking number when the order was shipped. Also, the shipping charge $18.39 was a bit steep.  

Great seller, got my BAWLS in no time. Will order again!

ThinkGeek.com is a great company! I love the products they offer! The prices are kinda high I have seen some of the same products for lower but I have always used them just because they are so well know.
