Product prices are a touch high, but reasonable. Shipping was VERY fast and VERY cheap, even for 2nd day UPS.

I have been very happy with every purchase I've made with this company.

Item shipped same day. I paid for next day shipping (I am impatient) and the item arrived the next day as scheduled. Price was good and shipping charge for next day was good too. No complaints at all and would order from them again.

This is seriously one cool store for the techno type! The prices are kinda' high, but what do you expect for a retailer that's so specialized? I haven't needed to use their customer or tech support so I have no input there. Of the half-dozen clothing items I've bought, the t-shirts were about the lowest quality junk you could slap an iron-on decal to, yet they cost as much as buying from GAP, and at least one of the shirts I've gotten from there had a crooked and off-center decal -- oh, and this is the one I waited for several weeks on back-order for (yes, I've ordered on back-order from them -- they do it). Their shipping is uh... kinda' slow (to get to your door). Give yourself plenty of time, especially if it's a gift item, because actually receiving it will take a while in most cases. Some of their shipping charges also seem way off. I've ordered from them quite a few times and will continue to do business with them. Just be aware of the few quirks and you should be okeedokee.

This has to be one of the best online companies that I have seen. They have competitive products and their customer service can't be beat. They have a great selection, my only complaint is that when they have things out of stock it takes a long time for them to get them back in stock and they don't let you back order things when they are sold out.

Awesome products, great staff, very helpful. Will buy from again.

I bought a wi-fi detector on 11 Oct 2004. It shipped the next day according to their records but I didn't receive the item until the 15th. One side of the box was completely smashed in--about four inches. It looked like someone stepped on it or kicked it.  
 
Luckily the item I ordered is tiny and wasn't on the side of the box which was damaged. Box was padded sufficiently with crumpled paper. Item works fine.  
 
Shipping was the standard $4.99 which made the $24.99 item less than a good deal. But ThinkGeek had the cheapest overall price for this particular item.  
 
Lots of gadgety stuff not found anywhere else. But some items can be had cheaper from other etailers.  
 
Overall good experience. Will shop here in the future.

Purchased a Xonix 512MB USB Memory watch from ThinkGeek. Decided AGAINST other sellers based on their ratings here, even if the watch was much cheaper elsewhere.  
 
ThinkGeek came through very quickly and shipped the exact item that I ordered. I was able to follow the order, from placement to delivery, online and via automatic updates. Customer service is polite, responsive, and helpful. Further, they don't spam me.  
 
The watch worked flawlessly for a while, however, it started having issues right at the end of ThinkGeek's return period. ThinkGeek (rightly) quoted policy and sent me to the manufacturer, but the manuf. has NOT responded to my queries for assistance. To be fair, it hasn't been more than a couple of weeks, and they are in another country, but they don't even acknowledge that I'm writing them. ThinkGeek, keeping with the spirit of working with me, has at least indicated that they are interested what experience I end up having with Xonix. No matter how it turns out in the end, that's professional.

Placed order on Wed w/ UPS ground, got package on Friday. Talk about speedy service. Too bad the Cold Heat Soldering Tool isn't working like it's suppose to. It's suppose to be "cool to the touch" right after use, but it sure felt hot when i touched it. But i guess that's a defect w/ the product, has nothing to do w/ ThinkGeek. Just venting for a bad purchase.

Excellent, fast shipping. Great merchandise that you can't find anywhere else. Wonderful service. What more could you want?  
 
This is the second time I've ordered from ThinkGeek and both times it's been a painless experience. The package arrived a full day ahead of schedule - ordered ~11:30 AM Wed., arrived ~12:30 the next day - well worth the $.40 more it cost for second-day delivery!  
 
A mark against them - they forgot to include a gift message I'd written on the packing slip. Didn't slow the order, though, and didn't cost anything extra to add it.

I purchased a binary clock from ThinkGeek. My order arrived rather quickly, which was nice. However, when I opened the shipping box, I found that the item was severely water damaged. This means that they chose to ship me a damaged item, an item which, had I seen it on the shelf in a store, I would not have bought. The box had clearly been soaked through, and when I opened it, the manual inside was also water damaged. Everything was dry by the time I got to it, but it was still obvious that this item had been soaked. Pretty shady to send a customer an obviosuly damaged item. All this being said, the item worked fine. I was/am still pissed that they sent me the item in the shape it was in though.  
 
I will not be buying anything from ThinkGeek.com again.

I purchased two shirts strictly for my inner nerd, and I got worried after a bit when one of them got lost in shipment. I waited a week or so, and when nothing changed on UPS's site I called ThinkGeek up, and was talking to a live rep in no time. I asked her what I could do about it, and she said that it got lost in shipment judging from the tracking page, and that they would send a new one out the next day with upgraded shipping.  
 
Needless to say, I'm a happy camper, they stock items hard to find around the web, and I'll be looking forward to another order in the future.

A good place to find cool geeky things. Great descriptions of everything. Decent prices and no hassle shipping. Everything I have ordered so far has come quickly and well within the estimated shipping time. The one return I have made was done quickly and easily.

Missing items from shipment; 2nd shipment damaged and still missing items. I was only given a partial refund for missing items from my order. I didn't receive any response to my inquiries.

Good navigation on online site. Excellent selection on everything "geek." Good account and shipping information. Quick shipping turnaround.
