After placing a single item order with ThinkGeek, I had forgot to add an item. I sent them an e-mail to add the item and was told that no help was available for orders. I asked why the lack of customer service and received some nasty excuses and was called names. I refuse to do business with them again.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a defective micro R/C Helicopter from them and returned it the next day. They refunded my full payment including shipping within days. They even payed to have it returned to them. I would definately make future purchases with this hassel-free company.

"Wow!" That's all I can say about ThinkGeek's level of customer service. This is what sets them apart from everyone else on the web. I had an issue with an item I ordered and Thinkgeek took care of it immediately (no waiting on hold, no transfers between "departments", just one friendly rep eager and able to help). To my knowledge, this is the only company in the universe that actually sends you pre-paid UPS shipping labels for RMAs or refunds shipping costs on returns! I cannot rate this store highly enough! :)  
 
P.S. I have also accrued over 15,000 GeekPoints in total (although I've traded some for the free green laser, airzooka, etc).

My cases of Bawls came well packed! I would buy from them again. They have some cool gadgets along with their selection of caffeinated beverages.

Orderer a Boostaroo from them, as they had the best price and reasonable shipping. Ordering was easy, got quick order confirmation, and it shipped the next day. Got item quickly, it was as described, no problems whatsoever.

What a fun place to shop. I have 9400 geek points (that's enough for a free laser!) The ordering process is easy, great pictures on the website so that you know exactly what you are ordering, and the packaging/shipping is acceptable.

ordered case of bawls with a coupon code for $5 off, it was cheaper than normal so I went ahead and purchased. the pricing isnt too bad, would have bought more but the items i wanted were sold out, however they are in stock now. The cheap shipping is weird dhl@home delivers to the post office and the mail carrier delivers to your home, my package was opened and retaped, no idea where that happened but i did receive the package in a timely manner

The staff at thinkgeek are all great, Everyone is just great, I really like the style of the descriptions, they just work.

Ordered a Cateye. Just as advertised, good packaging, fast shipping. Great service all around on this order.

I had simply an amazing experience shopping at ThinkGeek. Not only do they offer a large variety of quality products, but their customer service is just A1. Living in Canada, I expect orders to be delayed, held at customs, and then be slammed with charges, when ordering from U.S. stores. Not the case with ThinkGeek. They only offer UPS because, as I certainly know, USPS takes way too long and is frustrating. My order was at my door within a couple of days, I was stunned. Packaging was beautiful and the products were splendid. Order emails were promptly sent out right after order and the ordering process was easy and secure. Thank you very much ThinkGeek for providing me the best experience I've ever had with a U.S. based store. I WILL be ordering again.

First time customer. Very pleased. Placed an order after the cutoff time for same day shipping and the order still shipped out and was received the next day. A++ service. Another pleased customer.

Ordered 8 T-Shirts. Were shipped out the following day and arrived the day after. Reasonable pricing on both the items and on shipping. Order was perfect!

I ordered several products. They arrived quickly, well packaged in one box, and in perfect condition. I highly recommend ThinkGeek.

I have ordered from ThinkGeek several times and have been satisfied each time. On my last order I was sent the wrong item, I went to the returns portion of their site, filled out the forms there, and 2 days later the correct item was delivered.

They sell such nifty items. The stuff they have is mostly pure novelty/fun though, like , say the Zero Fog Blaster, they may be interesting, but for the price, just a little steep.  
 
Some things they offer, like the Luminglass or Duct Tape Wallet, just ooze cool, and make the retailer unique.  
 
I purchase as a home user, don't plan on purchasing PC gear, I'll go someplace a little cheaper.  
 
The Geek Points Program they offer is great incentive and does help.  
 
The site is clean and intuitive. They are frequently updating their stuff and getting new stuff.  
 
I can't imagine not shopping here
