I've seen many 'cool' gadgets from thinkgeek and finally took the plunge and ordered a few of my favorites (annoyatron, evil tron, flex bowl, titanium spork).  
 
Items arrived quickly and NIB, and were very fun.  
 
Pricing? How are you supposed to know if the prices are good? These are some very odd items. $9 for a circuit board with a chip that makes random annoying noises. I guess that's an okay price. I've not ordered any 'mainstream' stuff from them, so it is almost impossible to compare these oddball items for practical pricing (titanium spork for cripes sake!)  
 
Got their catalog and I'll probably be shopping from thinkgeek again, since I found some more interesting 'stuff'.

Always a great experience was this company. Their site is easy to navigate and customer service has always been top notch. Plus I always find discount codes online!

Overall an excellent shopping experience. They have a wide range of eclectic items, an easy to maneuver website, and reasonably priced and FAST shipping. All items arrived in perfect condition, and were exactly what I expected.

Amazing experience! I had absolutely no issues with shopping or checking out. I received my order well packaged in significantly faster then expected time. I would highly recommend them, and I will be buying from them again.

I had 4 packages stolen off of my porch on Wednesday Dec. 17th, including a rather large one from ThinkGeek. I spent most of that Thursday talking with Fedex, police, neighbors, etc... Fedex did an investigation to confirm the package was indeed stolen and gave me a case number. I called ThinkGeek late in the evening on Thursday and left a message detailing everything since they were closed. I had little hope at this point and figured I'd have to dispute the charges with my credit card company like I did with the other 3 vendors. However, midmorning on Saturday Thinkgeek called me. They offered to reship the entire order with rush delivery! The only problem was not all of the items I ordered originally were in stock, so I verbally changed a few items in the order and he refunded the difference to my CC! I STILL 3+ weeks later am waiting on other vendors to make right by me, but ThinkGeek is certainly going to be getting more of my business as a result of this experience.

Order arrived right on time & was exactly as desribed. Product descriptions are very detailed/informative. Very satisfied with buying experience.

I have never been so impressed by the Customer Service of an online store before. I ordered a multi-tool keychain and through a shipping mix-up, received a tshirt instead. I emailed thinkgeek and told them of the issue. I received a prompt reply telling me that a replacement was being sent out for me and should arrive in the next few days. Without question they rectified the situation. A+!

Excellent service, amazingly fast turn-around time (3 business days between shipping and arrival at my door in NEW ZEALAND!) and great t-shirts. Will definitely shop there again.

Well been shopping at think geek for awhile now and there really fast at shipping 24 hour or less to place your order.(make sure to order Mon-Fri) This time I tried DHL@Home it was ship on the 22nd and it arrived here on the 28th. Everything was there and neatly packaged compared to other places I bought from and as a add bonus a coupon code for $5 or $10 on my next order! So I will be buying again soon from think geek and would recommend them. ;D

My order shipped within 24hrs. I received it quickly as I paid for 2 day shipping. Shipping cost was very reasonable for 2day, especially since my order shipped in 2 boxes. I was happy with my order and I would buy from them again.

I love browsing Thinkgeek for all of their great, fun products and gadgets. They have an excellent selection of very unique items, but some of their stuff can be found cheaper elsewhere. So far I have made two orders from them with no problems.  
 
I placed both orders at night and they both shipped the very next day. The shipping to Indiana only takes about 2 days via DHL from New Jersey, but it arrives via USPS since DHL transfers the packages over to them. The shipping price starts at around $6 which is very reasonable.  
 
If I see anything else from them I like at a good price, I wont hesitate to buy from them again.

Always have good luck when I order from Thinkgeek.com. Orders always arrive faster than expected, and the one time a package was delivered damaged (a poster in a tube, which I appeared to be damaged by the shipping company) they replaced the item by the next day - even though it wasn't their fault. I wish all companies could be as customer service oriented as they are. I highly recommend it.
