Bad experience with Niceelectronics. Ordered a Fuji FinePix F10 digital camera from Niceelectronics. The price was very good. Two days later I received a call from a sales person hard selling over-priced accessories. After waiting for 3 weeks for the camera, I called Niceelectronics customer service. They explained they never had the camera and had no idea when it would be in stock. I felt like an idiot waiting anxiously for a camera that wasn't coming. Shameful business practice.

AWESOME SERVICE and SPEED. I will definitely order and recommend Nice Electronics in the future. They consistently have excellent customer reviews and competitive prices which were the main reasons why I purchased from them. The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient.

Terrible service. Ordered the camera on November 23, it's now December 5 and still no shipping notice. I was told the camera was in stock when I ordered it and my credit card was billed at the time of the order. The camera was not in stock and still isn't two weeks later. I was told that the backorder would arrive yesterday and it still hasn't. They have lied to me on three occasions, they billed me for a camera they did not have and have not made any effort to communicate or refund my money. Would never do business with this company again. Just hoping to get my money refunded.

I called this company at 9:00 pm to place an order for an Apple G$ laptop they had advertised on their website for $1240.00. I spoke with a sales assistant manager named Allen. He tried to upsell me by telling me their was a much better deal with an upgrade to 1 Gig and that I would recieve a free 3 year warranty, carrying case and this new model laptop was much faster and better than the one I called to order. I fell for it and ordered. I called Apple direct after and was told the price I paid was inflated! I immediatly called the Nice Ecectronics back to cancel my order. They apparently closed for the night,as I could not reach anyone,....but they did charge my credit card that night! I sent them 2 emails telling them to cancel the order. I also NEVER got an email confirmation of the order. I called first thing am 9:30 the next day when they opened. I was told to cancel the order I would have to speak with Allen at ext 314 again. First they told me the order shipped already so I demanded a tracking number which they of course did not have. I called them liars and demanded my order cancelled. I called back customer service and was told no my order had not yet shipped. I again asked them to cancel and was told I would be charged $100 fee. I told them that is no where in their terms and conditions on website. I had just ordered 12 hours ago! Finally Allen said he cancelled my order and the cancel number was 2005 which I thought was a weird number. They proceeded to charge me by sending the bank invoice and removing it from pending to charged! This morning I filed a claim with my bank to investigate this and get the money back. I certainly hope they have not shipped this computer or it will be going right back to them ceritified. I also filed a complaint with Department of Consumer protection. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! They lie and try to overcharge you!!! They are not even supposed to charge you until they ship and time and time on this website I read a lot of poeple like myself were charged immediatly. Ugh what a bad experience.

I took chance and I am very satisfy with Nice Electronics their prices among the lowest the delivery was excellent so I bought from them again within 2 weeks they are very honest and professional I never got pressure into buying accessories Thank you Nice Electronics keep this way I will buy from you again

Ordered camera on Thursday afternoon. Nice Electronics indicated it was in stock. Shipped that day...received it on Friday!! Great price too! Camera was just as advertized and in perfect condition. Great buying experience. I highly recommend this terriffic internet store!

Very rude staff. 0 out of 10 for customer service. Excellent prices, but cancelled order after over 30 days waiting since I recieved a different answer everytime I called on where the $3000 order was.  
I would not recommend Nice for any purchase.

First time buyer. Great website, good competitive prices and excellent delivery time. Monitor order was placed on a Tuesday night and I was promised 7-10 delivery. My Monitor arrived on the following Monday morning. So far it seems to be working great. I would definitely shop with them again.

The prices were cheaper than others were selling for online. I also received my product a day earlier than I was told. Seems like an Ok company to deal with.

I am totally satisfied and will check them first the next time I need something. They renewed my confidence in buying online.

THEY WAIT UNTIL YOU CALL THEM TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER, THEY TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO BUY DIFFERENT OR ADDITIONAL ITEMS SO THAT THEY CHARGE YOU MORE, THEY LIE TO YOU WHEN ADVERTISING THOSE ITEMS, NO RETURNING, THEY CHARGE MORE THAN 10% IF YOU WANT TO RETURN, THEY ARE NEVER REACHABLE BY PHONE OR E-MAIL.  
I GOT A LAPTOP A MONTH AGO AND THEY SENT ME SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER, I TRIED TO RETURN IT, THEY DON'T ACCEPT. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND THE COMPUTER. NOW I'M WASTING MORE TIME ON FILING COMPLAINTS!

I bought the wrong Camcorder...opened all of the packaging. They took the product back for exchange...NO QUESTIONS ASKED (NOTE: the product was sent back in absolutely PERFECT CONDITION). Great purchasing experience. Thanks for helping me.

WOULD ABSOLUTLY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! ORDERED A NIKON CAMERA AND ACCS, HAVEN'T USED THE PRODUCT YET, BUT THE SHIPPING AND CUST SVC WERE PHENOMINAL. THEY CUT ME A BREAK ON FED-EX 2ND DAY SHIPPING, (ONLY $9), AND THE PRICE WAS UNBELIEVABLE TO BEGIN WITH (ON THE CAMERA AND LENSES).

Ordered a Pentax camera on-line on 10-11-05. Nice held the order until 10-16 when they called me and subjected me to high pressure sales tactics. Told them to ship my order imediately, as I ordered it, because I was leaving on vacation. They shipped the wrong merchandise.

I ordered a nikon d50 camera with a lens online on 10/6/2005.I got a email from a sales rep Allen saying that there was problem in processing my order.So I called him.He told me he would call me back,but he didnt.So I called them again.  
Then he told me that lens I was buying was not a good one,so he wanted me to try another lens.So I went with the suggestion.Then he started with other things I should buy I said may be next time.  
On the same day my card was charged.  
I called him again on 10/10/2005 and asked for my tracking number.He said he would send them now.But he never did.I called him again at 3 pm on 10/10/2005.I told him I wanted to cancel.He said that I cant because it's already shipped.I called them again on 10/11/2005 asking for my tracking number,he told me he would send them now,but he didnt.I called them again at 4pm 10/11/2005 this time he said that the camera was not shipped and it's waiting for shipping.I asked him then why did he lie to me yesterday he said that that was computer error.He then told me that the camera would be shipped and he would send me the tracking number.He never did that.  
I called him again today 10/12/2005 he told me that he would call me back.He didnt.  
So I called him again(Allen).This time he told me that the camera was shipped from Nikon direct.I laughed.These guys should be in movies writing screenplays instead of being in sales.  
He also told me that the lens was a back order.I told him I want to cancel my order.He told me that I cant cancel my camera order because it was shipped and I would recieve it on 10/13/2005.  
I told him I wanted to cancel my lens order,he said that he would give me more pricy lens at the same price and it would arrive soon.I told him I dont want ever to shop with NICE electronics so please cancel my lens order.I asked for cancelling details he said my card would be credited back in 10 days and the cancel number was 2005,I believe this number is a fancy and lie.  
Hope my camera arrives on 10/13/2005.  
I would never shop again at nice.
