Purchased Samsung 46 DLP TV on a Thursday at noon and had to have delivery by Friday afternoon of the week after. I purchased the appropriate delivery and the TV arrived at my door right on time. Never had to speak with anyone. Very reasonable price and great service.

I had one minor complaint that was easily resolved when I contacted customer service. I did not receive the tracking information for my purchase even though it was shipped as expected. I contacted customer service and the customer rep quickly emailed me the tracking information, they apparantly did not have my correct email on file. Overall, I had a positive experience with this merchant. I would consider shopping with Nice Electronics again.

Great prices and the product got here before their e-mail giving a tracking number. But gotta give customer service a 9 out of 10 since the product got here before the e-mail with the tracking number. Overal Im Very happy with the service. Id buy from them again.

My experience with this company was not online. Another merchant recommended them to me because they were out stock of the TV I wanted. Nice Electronics had it in stock and cheaper than the other company. The guy I talked with was very helpful. I will do business with them again and I would not hesitate to order online.

Pricescan said they had the digital camera I was interested in stock. I placed the order on line and two days later got a call. The usual bate and switch. When I turned down all of their offers I was told the camera would be shipped in 3 weeks. A waste of time.

Although, there was a miscommunication on which carrier is shipping my order, I would so far rate them excellent. I received my order as next day. My advice to them would be clarification on shipper is important - it doesnt matter if it is Next Day! For example, my order said the item will be sent on via UPS but the item came via Fedex!! Otherwsie Nice Electronics Customer Service is relliable. I hope I wont have to change my statement after my next order!

I liked the site because it was easy to find what I wanted. Very few sites are easy. This is the most important aspect of online shopping with sites I buy from. Delivery and price were as advertised and as good as or better than most.

Found the camera I wanted by comparing models and prices but was hesitant about using this merchant because I never heard of them before. After reading the reviews decided to give Nice Electronics a try. Feedback after ordering was fast, accurate and intelligable. The camera arrived on time, in good condition meeting all my expectations from the merchant. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Good price, easy selection & ordering too. The Panasonic 32-in LCD TV arrived promptly, on time. The order tracking thru UPS was easy & accurate. I have encountered no problems or disapointments.

WATCH OUT! STAY AWAY!
They will talk you into all sorts of "extras", lie about the price, say that they will give you free shipping and then charge you for it all. Man, what a nightmare. I'm sure that they will charge me a restocking fee when I return all of the stuff. They are the used car salesmen of the internet...never, ever buy from them.

I recently bought a Sony DCR-HC90 camcorder from Nice Electronics. I was very pleased with their overall service. After I ordered the product online, the store sent me a few emails, confirmation of order receipt, confirmation of order placement with warehouse and shipping info with estimated shipping date and ups tracking#. My item arrived on time and in good condition. This order was handled perfectly and as it should! Good Job!

Although I was skeptical about Nice Electronics (based on the mixed reviews on Reseller Ratings and suspecting that some of the positive reviews may have been planted), I decided to take a chance since, if I had problems, I could challenge the charge through Mastercard prior to paying it. Nice’s web site also indicates they’re a member of the internet Better Business Bureau, which might count for something, but I'm not sure how much.
I ordered the Canon ZR100 camcorder on December 6, 2005. (I placed my order by phone in order to avoid the delay of the inevitable follow up e-mail instructing the buyer to call the company as others here have explained.) I was assisted by “Zachary”. He confirmed the on-line price and shipping. The shipping was a bit high ($20) but, when factored in with the product price, Nice’s price was still less than its competitors. When asked if I wanted to order a case, I declined explaining that I wanted to personally shop for a case locally. I was then asked about an extra battery and lens. Again, I declined, preferring to purchase accessories locally. Zachary didn’t press the issue, which I appreciated. No hard sell, although he did say that accessories were “80% off” that day. Yeah, right. He advised that the item would arrive in 7-10 days (I live in California, Nice is in Brooklyn) but he quickly changed that to “two weeks” (probably due to the busy holiday shipping season). He said I would receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail and gave me the order number.
Over the next few days, I checked the status of my order on Nice’s web site. It showed no record of my order. Hence, on December 9th, I e-mailed Nice and quickly received an automated response, indicating that I would receive a response within 48 hours. I received the response not quite 49 hours later, advising that the item had shipped on December 7th, the day after I had ordered it. The e-mail also provided the UPS tracking number. The UPS web site confirmed that the item had shipped on December 7th and would be delivered on December 14th, well within the promised two weeks. Further, my credit card records showed that Nice did not bill my account until after the item had been shipped. Thus, so far so good, except for the lack of a record of my order on Nice’s web site.
My hope was that on December 14th I would receive a camcorder: (1) in an unopened, undamaged box, (2) with a U.S. Warranty (as advertised on Nice’s web site), and (3) with the UPC bar code intact (which I would need for Canon’s rebate offer). Hence, although pleased that my order was on its way, I was still a bit apprehensive whether all would go smoothly, given the fact that Nice’s web site had no record of my order and I was not provided the UPS tracking number until I contacted them. On December 13th, the camcorder arrived—one day early. The shipping box was a little worse for wear, compliments of UPS, but otherwise intact and not trashed. Fortunately, the camera was nicely protected in its original Canon carton. The UPC bar code was intact and the U.S Warranty card was included.
Thus, although I think Nice could do a better job of keeping its customers informed, I would rate my overall experience as “good” and, despite my preliminary doubts, would order from Nice again. If you do, I recommend you order by phone in order to expedite the process since others here have indicated you will receive an e-mail instructing you to call about your order. Avoid that hassle by ordering by phone and decide in advance whether you want any accessories and at what price.

Very pleased with experience. Ordered Sony Digital Camera at an excellent price, it arrived well-packaged with all accessories and original pacakaging at the front-end of the free shipping window.

Awesome experience. I purchased two digital cameras...one for me and one for my mother in-law (don't say it). I paid extra for 5 day delivery on one of the cameras and went standard on the other (guess which I paid extra for). Both arrived on the same day! The add'l 3$ wasn't bad given their shipping rates are very reasonable.

I recently bought a digital camera from Nice Electronics I am extremely pleased overall. I didn't have to call them for anything. After I ordered the product online, the store sent me a confirmation email with estimated shipping date and the price charged to my credit card. I was able to track shipping on-line with ease. My digital camera arrived better than on time. Oh yeah - and they beat the best price I could find by $50.00. Nice Electronics was the best by far!!!!! ...
