Everything in box was brand new and in perfect condition. Camera works great and I love it. Showed it to some friends and they are ordering the same camera. Price went down from $268 to $260. They're tickled pink. Would gladly recommend Nice Electronics to anyone and would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I was leary about buying from a merchant online that I didn't know and who had a much lower price than the other merchants. I was very pleased though that my order came in just has described without any problems or hassles of any kind. My experience was very positive.

After placing my order there was no need for additional phone calls.
I got my tracking number and 3 days from time of order I had both cameras in my hands.
Nice Electronics did have the best price and no complications arose.
I will buy here again.

I purchased a laptop through NiceElectronics.com in Sep 2002 with an extended warranty. The warranty was to be serviced by Mack Camera.
I personally will not do business with any company who sells extended warranties serviced by Mack Camera again.
If you want to find out just how shady they are, google the following things exactly as written:
Mack Camera + Complaint
David Horowitz + Mack Camera
If you google the second one, find the Customer DisService section on the page, and then hit the drop down and go find Mack Camera, you will be presented with a story remarkably similar to mine.
The only thing different is that two goons from Mack Camera called me, and asked me no less than 2 dozen times how my laptop got cracked when it didn't leave my house like that.
Buyer Beware.

It would be nice if the order confirmation stated the item was in stock, projected shipping date and estimated delivery date. I know that no one offers that but it would be nice. Other than that everything went very well.

I tried to buy a TV from them and they kept high pressuring me to buy a warranty. I told them I did not want a warranty. The sales rep would not shut up about it. I told him I do not want a warranty and to just ship it to me. On their site it says orders take 24 to 48 hours. I waited that long and wondered what was going on. I called back to check on the status of the order and he said it had not shipped and then said I have a note here saying that you wanted a warranty with that. And I was like WTF. I said are you not going to sell this TV to me unless I buy a warranty? He said of course we will sell it to you without it and then mentenioned the warranty again. I got mad and told him he just lost a customer. I found the TV later on sale at Best Buy. I will never trust a company that is selling something for a really low price again. That's funny, I experienced the exact OPPOSITE of what you experienced. This company is utter crap and not worth buying from. DONT BUY@!
Word of advice, look at the number of posts the commentors of a store have, if 90% have only 1 post and they're all positive then the store is likely flooding themselves with positive feedback.
Most legit feed backs will have about 30-50% of their feedback from multiple posters. I think reseller ratings should wieght their responses higher. This review was modified by its author, leesuper73, on

This is my second time ordering from Nice Electronics ( my first time over phone due to no online access ) I was very pleased with the overall purchase of the first transaction, price, & speed of delivery. Very Good Experience.

The LCD TV that I ordered is exactly the same one that Best Buy sells for $ 230.00 more. It arrived quickly, professionally packed and I am so happy with it that I am recommending them to friends who may want the same and who I'm sure will also want the savings.

I am happy with the product and Nice Electronics. No phone call was necessary. Delivery was on time but UPS put the product outside between two doors, not the main door. I couldnt find the Box untill 6:00 pm when I opened the side door to put the trash out. UPS tracking says delivered at 1:57 pm.

Alhough the item was slow to ship (a week compared to their advertised 2 days), it did arrive in condition described. In addition, they claim that all emails are answered within 24 hours, but mine was not. I can overlook that, since I was asking when the item would be shipped, and it was shipped shortly after I sent the email. I did, however, have to check on it myself by visiting their website.
All in all, I had a pleasant experience that wouldn't deter me from buying from them again, but also doesn't inspire me to be a loyal customer.

Placing the order on line was easy and quick. I recieved the exact item I ordered in just 3 days which is very quick. I would recommend this merchant to my friends, based on my experience.

Nice Electronics had a the best price with shipping to my location. I selected 2nd day delivery and the package arrived on time. The ordering process was simple and they had followed up with emails notifing me of the status of my order and of the delivery status. I would definitly purchace from them again.

I purchased a Laptop from Nice Electronics of which there are numerous emails to and from in particular that relating to their specific confirmation that the Laptop ‘can be serviced in the UK’ under the warranty sold to me, there is also my confirmation that I was purchasing a Sony Warranty which it eventually turned out not to be. First Problem.
Further emails are to Mack Camera dealing with the Warranty who finally accepted responsibility and agreed to refund the cost of the warranty but not the Computer.
The Sony laptop purchased was clearly on the proviso that I also purchased a Sony International Warranty in the event there was a problem it was serviceable over in the UK.
On receipt it was not as agreed and furthermore the warranty sold did not cover problems I had in the UK which incurred me in additional cost and inconvenience returning it to Sony USA on 2 ocassions.
To conclude the Laptop finally ‘gave up’ on the 11th of March 2005. Fortunately all data was able to be recovered through the loading of a reduced windows operating system. Given my problems I had no option but to buy another laptop from another source.
I consider I was mis-sold the warranty and as a result the Laptop.
In view of the above I have requested a full refund to my credit card and consideration of additional costs I have incurred and the inconvenience caused. NO RESPONSE TO DATE.
