Ordered the Griffin Clear Boost and Reflect 2-pack iPhone cases on 8/24/09. Finally shipped on 9/02.  
 
Stated on ad page that they do fit the iPhone 3G/3GS. Received them and neither on fit my brand new 3GS iPhone. Back in the package destined for a garage sale.  
 
A waste of time and money.

After reading mixed reviews on this site, decided I would try it out. First item I purchased was a TomTom GPS system. Arrived in less then a week, worked great. Second item was wireless keyboard and mouse. Arrived in about a week. Site said it was mac or pc, but was actually a mac set. I was getting them to resell, so it didn't really effect me at all. Overall fairly happy with the store and confident in shopping with them.

I purchased a phone from this website as my old phone did not work and I needed one pretty soon (a cell phone is essential to my activities!!). My mistake that I bought such an essential item from an online discounter-but Ive always bought electronics online and Ive never had issues before.I ordered the phone on the 1st of this month. It is almost the EOB on the 9th and I havent heard a word from them. I sent them an email from the "form" provided on their website, but I doubt I will hear back.  
I wish I had read these reviews before-I would never have bought anything from them. Let me see how long they drag this out before their customers lose patience and ban these scams  
 
Edit: I just received an email that a pair of PGA sunglasses my husband had purchased from them the other day has shipped (they omitted to mention who they shipped with though. I put the tracking number in ups and it cant find it)...Im still waiting on info of the phone though  
 
UPDATE: a couple days after I initially posted, I received an email stating that the item had been shipped. After that it was pretty quick and I got my phone a day ago (so it took about 12 days for it to get to me) The phone looked repackaged and the battery doesnt stay too long (so not sure its new), but it works so no complaint there...probably the manufacturers fault...overall my opinion has improved!

I own a business in Orlando, FL and ship all over the US every day. Shipping with the US Post Office only takes 3-4 day to get from the East coast to the West coast, not a month.

Ordered a "Timex Men's Ironman Triathlon Solar-Powered Digital Chronograph Watch" 8/21/09, received an email 2 days later stating the item had shipped. I wrote them on 9/1/09 and received an email stating my item had not shipped and it would ship shortly. Have not heard a word in reply to my emails as of today 9/4/09. I do not recommend this firm to anyone. This is my second order from them, the first one took a month to arrive. Lesson learned, never again.

I've ordered many things from 1saleaday and have always been pleased with the products, customer service, and ship times. Shipping times may vary (from a couple days to a couple weeks), but if you REALLY need it right away, you probably wouldn't be buying at an online discounter. Overall I am very happy and will continue to do business with them.

I totoally agree with previous reviews. If I had read them before making my move, I would probably save the troubles dealing with them. It has been over two weeks and I still didn't receive the package. The tracking number they provided isn't helpful at all with "USPS has been notified". Notified for what? Why don't you notify your customers first? Sending emails to customer service never is disappointing as well. Never a reply. Well, the only thing they did fast was to charge your credit card, indeed. I will never do business with them again.

I purchased a set of movies on the 28th but i only got one email saying that my credit card has been charged. There has no been no communication with me regarding the shipping of the order.  
 
I send the customer service an email so i am hoping to get some kind of response from them.

I ordered this watch which states it has "Swiss Movement" it does not. I open it and it has Japanese Movement from the Miyota Company. They acted suprised about it, and once I sent a picture of the japanese parts they did not repsond. If you thought you got a swiss watch from them, I would open it and check. You probably have a knock off.

On 8/16, I ordered the flexible screwdrivers for my husband to use on his motorcycle. I received the tracking number on 8/19. According to the tracking info, however, USPS was notified about the package on that date, but it has never been picked up. It is now 8/31 and the tracking info hasn't changed since 8/19 and my emails to 1saleaday.com have been ignored. I've had good experiences with them in the past, but this is a complete turn off. If being ignored when there's a problem is their idea of customer service, they just lost this customer. I don't care if it only cost me $7.98. I worked for every penny and I resent any company that thinks they can take my money and ignore me. There's a word for that: STEALING.

Recently I ordered 2 Archos 7 160gb from 1saleaday at $199 each. Like some other posters, I had to inquire for a tracking number after I did not receive a confirmation of shipping. They emailed me back and I was given a tracking number a day later. I finally received the item on the 27th. 12 days is a bit slow but not unheard of. My product was not shipped until I asked for the confirmation. The actual shipping was pretty fast.  
 
Upon arrival, I noticed that one of the boxes had been smashed. The boxes where thin cardboard covered by an uncushioned plastic bag. In this crushed box, the Archos had been placed on top of the small piece of bubble wrap, meaning it was exposed and dented heavily from the box damage. The other device was packaged with the bubble wrap covering it and therefore was spared the crushing fate. This device, however, was definitely used heavily. The listing for these items was refurbished, so I knew cosmetic wear would be expected. Unfortunately, the cosmetic damages in this model were bad. This was hard to stomach but I knew that I had purchased a refurb and I might not be able to remedy these issues. However, after actually turning on the device I was presented with a hard drive error that causes reboots as well as a battery which only lasts for 30 minutes out of its listed 6 hour video capacity.  
 
I fear at this point it is more than clear I was sent two broken devices as opposed to two reconditioned or refurbished products. It is clear that the hardware was in no way repaired of original issues. I do not know if they came directly from Archos or if 1sale was given a chance to see the items. Either way, I feel that 1sale should be responsible for the status of the players. Since 1sale does daily deals, I can understand why they do not do returns. However, with two unusable devices they should be responsible for a refund. I have contacted them twice via email and have yet to receive a response. I will list here if I do get a response; otherwise I guess I will be pursuing a different course of action.  
 
Receiving two unusable devices for $200 each is a bad business practice and enough to make sure that I will find it hard to do business with them again.  
 
NOTE: Before this issue, I had a positive experience with a free item they offered.

While the company appears to offer great deals on electronics items, I've found their customer service to be lacking (and that statement is probably giving them too much credit). 1) Don't expect a shipping/tracking number when your order has shipped. It just says "shipped" and you have to guess that it may/or may not arrive within...say 2 months or so? 2) When you use their "Contact" form to request the shipping status? Don't expect an answer after say...three separate and polite requests for said shipping status. (Or don't ever expect a response is what I have found works best) 3) I placed an order on 8/20 and performed the aformentioned steps 1 and 2 (respectively) here and still do not have the product that I ordered...they've charged my credit card though...back on August 21st...so if that shipped ground...it should be here, but is not...so maybe their ground shipper is some sort of undercover operation that needs to act "secretly" with clandestine motives in order to cover for the great deals they are spinning on the site.  
 
Okay really? All I want is to know if I'm gonna get my order or not for goodness sake. I'd say their customer service is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with...except I can't!!! They don't respond so I can't even judge if they are crappy or not!!!

I bought two LG Unlocked Phones from the site on August 12 and I am yet to receive the products nor did the tracking information update. They sent me the tracking number for UPS but all it shows is that the UPS received "BILLING INFORMATION" on August 19,2009. That's it. The products did not physically SHIP yet. It has been over 2 weeks and the products did NOT SHIP yet!!! I sent many email and they don't respond quickly. It has been 11 days since they printed the UPS shipping labels, but have not actually shipped the products. It seems like it is a fake tracking number to keep the customer patient.  
 
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 3 WEEKS TO GET IT SHIPPED OUT AND IF YOU WANT TO FIGHT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.  
 
I will now have to dispute and do a chargeback if I don't hear form them soon.  
 
Order for 2 LG CU450 Unlocked Phones.  
 
I will update the review once their customer service comes through.

I purchased a Swiss military watch from them, and I received it within a week. They also provided me with the USPS tracking as soon as it was shipped.  
I had asked them about shipping times, and they also responded to my email quickly and professionally.  
I was quite happy with my experience
