I ordered 8 watches from watch.1saleaday.com, and after reading some of these reviews I was worried about my $500 purchase, however I was pleasantly surprised with this company.
I received an immediate email giving me my order number and my receipt. I nervously waited 5 days for the shipment to arrive before I contacted them. On day 6 I sent an email requesting an update on my order and immediately received a reply stating my order had already shipped and a tracking number. I checked the tacking number, and to my surprise the watches had already been delivered. I did dislike the drop shipment at my door, however the prompt service and delivery WAY out weighed the drop shipment.
I wearily opened the box the watches were packed in, and to my surprise all the watches were in the original boxes with the original tags and plastic scratch film still applied. These were in fact EXACTLY what I had ordered and were even better than I expected them to be. The box was filled with foam peanuts as to not jostle around during shipment.
My experience with this company was a very good one, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The incredibly low prices are great, but the prompt shipment and care given by the company is amazing.

Hi,on 10/21/2009 after my last review, support staff from 1saleaday sent me tracking number for UPS, But unfortunately they just billed up the label put package was not shipped yet as told to me by UPS. So you all can guess that how they try to make fool of customers.But they don,t know that all these acts will be known by customers, then wat about their bussiness? Seller did not even ship the product after 12 days. Communication is poor often takes more than a day and the seller fails to address questions asked. I will stay away next time. Others who bought the same item report a problem with shipping and customer support. These guys don't have a number to call either.

Ordered a "new" watch from this company, recieved a watch with the second hand detached. Contacted them and they told me to contact the watch maker....avoid like the plague.

I had ordered a "shower" type am/fm radio recently from 1 Sale A Day. While it was properly packed, etc., when I turned it on, only the FM portion functioned...what I really wanted was the AM portion to function. I wrote to 1 Sale A Day, and they were kind enough to ship me a fully function version - without having to return the old one. Now that's service!! Thanks guys!

Received the watch that I ordered, however it did not work properly.
Contacted 1 Sale-A-Day and they had me return it, they returned a replacement watch that was a different model than I ordered. I contacted them again on how to fix this problem, they relied that they no longer had the model I originally ordered but they would refund the purchase price and I could keep the watch they sent me.
I was VERY impressed the way they resolved this issue, I did not get the model of watch I wanted but I am satisfied.

Ordered 2 Sonyoo body fat calculators, one was DOA and the other didn't work at all. Contacted 1saleaday for a RMA, and they decided to just refund my money instead without the return. That was much appreciated.

This was an incredible deal. I will buy from this company again when I see a product that I want.
The above date is just a guess as my online receipt does not give it.

Customer service is refreshing. I received responses from my emails within one day. When I had a problem with a rebate company, my request from them for help was answered by refunding the purchase price. Unheard of! You now have a loyal customer!!!

Buyer Beware. 1saleaday falsely advertises their products. I ordered an apple branded USB wall charger from them. On their site was even a model number of an apple USB charger, which I confirmed on Amazon.com. What was sent to me, however, was a firewire wall charger, which is completely worthless. It even came with a USB cable, so the cable provided doesn't even match the product. When I contacted their support about the wrong item being sent, I received a generic email back, telling me to fill out a return form for a defective product. The product is not defective, it's the wrong product! They expect me to pay to ship it back to them to receive my refund. I should not be forced to pay more to correct their mistake. I'm not going to spend $5 to ship back a $10 item. Part of me thinks their purposely provide false descriptions, knowing that no one would want a firewire charger, and also knowing no one would follow up on returning it. Luckily I'm only out $10 this time, but I won't buy from them again.

I can understand ripping people off for more expensive items, but what I ordered was a deal for $2.99 back in August and I still haven't received it nor received a tracking number.
The biggest issue is that since this company is obviously not trustworthy, they are taking in the credit card numbers of thousands of people placing orders on their site every day. Who knows what they do with the personal information of their customers.
Fortunately my credit card company won't have a problem taking these guys to town even over a $2.99 charge.

Co. that was handling rebates for this purchase went out of business & thus I could not collect.
Upon notifying 1saleaday they IMMEDIATELY credited
my account the same day.

I am very pleased with the product and the customer
