check out was EZ I liked how they accect all major cc's esspecially Amex I like using it when shopping online, it's jus easier that way. Great site 2 very easy to read up on the item and check out.

Customer service is not a priority for this company. I would recommend that you think twice about purchasing anything from them.
I placed an order for a Fusion 8GB Nano MP3-4 Video Music Voice Recorder Pictures Games & FM Radio Player. I have still not received the order.
The 1 Sale A Day been largely unresponsive. About 25 of my e-mails to them have been answered. At first they said the product had been shipped. The USPS Tracking site indicated that it was scheduled for Pick Up on 10/10/2008 but there have been no updates to the tracking information since that point in time. Eventually, after sending numerous e-mails which were ignored, I was told that they would investigate the shipment. After 2 weeks of no further information, I asked for an update and was told that the shipment appeared to be lost and that it had been re-shipped under the original tracking number.
The USPS tracking number is in the same state that it has been in since 10/10 - awaiting pickup.
I will be opening a dispute through my credit card company if I haven't received the product within 2 weeks.
I will update this review with the outcome of this transaction.

Waited and waited for order to arrive. They were difficult to contact (no phone number provided) to ask about order. Took them almost a week to respond to emails, finally had to tell them I would get an attorney before they answered. They told me the product had shipped and I would have it by the end of the week... two weeks later still didn't have it. Again I had to email and wait for them to respond in order to tell them to give me my money back. Customer Service = F. They need to provide a phone number so you can contact them quickly for problems.

1SaleaDay consistently provides excellent customer service. They ship quickly, provide excellent prices and are one of the best etailers I have dealt with.

I ordered several times from 1SaleaDay.com with no issues. I think they are hit and miss. This last order, for a Jawbone2 Bluetooth headset back on Oct. 5th 2008, I sent several emails with no reply and finally got a reply that they will put a tracer on it. I sent a few more after that with no replies. I then found their phone number and left a message the other day (it's a weekend, so I will give them a few more days to get to it). I am disappointed in how they let the ball drop on these lost shipments I am reading about. It's horrid customer service. It's now Dec. 22nd with no delivery or word from them other than that one email a while back when they said they would put a tracer on it.

This online merchant site is a scam.
I place an order on Nov. 23, 2008. They sent me an email including USPS tracking number of the shipment on Nov. 24, 2008. However 16 days later I still had not received the order. Tracking with USPS and call USPS, I been told that "possible the sender printed out the shiping label (include tracking number) but did not gave USPS the package. After many email to 1saleaday.com that went no answer. Then a few day later, Dec. 12 (today), They said my account has been refund. I will find out if they really did that or not.
What happening was that they take my money and create a fraudulent transaction but no item for shipment. If you are quiet then they keep your money (I am still wait for mine or have to file complaint).
This 1saleaday.com is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM 1saleaday.com

I am so shocked at what I am reading here I had such a GOOD experience with 1saleaday... they responded to me quickly when I had a problem. Basically what happened was they were having a sale on a DVD player and they said if you buy more them 1 you get a free stack of 50 blank DVD's as a bonus. So I bought 2 for me and my sister. Well everything came on time and was all good but a few of the DVD's in the stack were broken, so I sent them an e-mail and that day somebody called me to confirm my info and in like 3 days I got a package from them with not only 1 stack of blank DVD's but TWO and I never had to return the ones I already got! I really thought that was so nice. I basically got 150 DVD's for free that's pretty cool to me!

I ordered from this company on November 25 mp3 player they took the 49 dollars out of my account but I have not received product not good business. I am not really sure what to do now since they aren't answering my emails......... BEWARE
update: They did email me back and tell me my mp3 player was coming from overseas? so it would take 1 to 2 weeks longer? so i probably wont get my x-mas gift for my 9 year old until after x-mas i will keep you guys updated...
update: i did recive the nano i ordered a month and a half later in good condition and as said so i will give them a better rating now my recmondation dont be in a hury to get anything from this company VERY SLOW SHIPPING!!!!!!!! This review was modified by its author, lady79, on

Great Service! perfect for holiday shopping. If you want good deals on gifts this is the place to shop and by the wway shipping is fast> oh and customer service is really nice and helpful. yeah I would say all around just a great quality merchant.

Should have read store reviews before placing an order with them! Now I'm so sorry! I placed an order in September, then patiently waited... waited... never received anything till mid of November. Emailed them and was told UPS screwed up and they'll try to make it right. So I waited... and waited ... and some more. Finally emailed again in December. No reply. Period. One of the worst online shopping experiences ever.
Update: Item refunded, finally. 3 month waste of time, but at least get my money back. I guess that brings my rating back a bit. This review was modified by its author, ssrr, on

I got my order so Fast, esspecially over the holiday weekend, I am SOOOOOO impressed. I was so not expecting it, when the day after thanksgiving my delivery came, what a pleasant surprise!

Very disappointed! Two weeks after order was placed. No response to my emails. Unknown if items have been shipped or not. Might need to take legal action.

BEWARE! Good deals but shady business practice. Make sure you are 100% sure you want to buy the item. Attempted many times to contact them to cancel an order, no response at all, this is no way to conduct e-business.

1saleaday.com is my daily dose of adrenaline, it's so exciting to see what new products they have EACH DAY, at rock bottom prices. It's also such a fun site. Plus you get your order next day....the site is brilliant!!!!
