Ordered a Jawbone Bluetooth Headset. Item was listed as Brand New. It was not. Came bulk packaged, was not listed this way in the description. When you turn on one of these headsets brand new it goes into pairing mode, this one did not. Came with instructions for a different headset. Did not ship on the date that the website said. These people are scam artists. Just another NYC based scam. Don't buy from these people unless you just want to be let down!!!

Good price for the product. Delivery was delayed so that took a bit, but otherwise it was a good experience.

No delivery and no constructive communication. Item ordered on 12/25. Supposedly it was shipped 12/30
"Your item arrived at a shipping partner facility at 11:21 PM on December 30, 2008 in BRENTWOOD, NY 11717."
I have emailed the company 5 times since, and have not received any information on the status, other than
"We're sorry for the delay. Your order was shipped out via USPS and appears delayed. We opened a tracer with USPS and will contact you with the outcome." which was sent on Jan 27.
I have no update from the merchant on the status.

I ordered what was advertised and pictured as a PedEgg hand held pedicure foot scraper, but what I got was a cheap Chinese knock-off version of the product. False advertising!!

Great support. I've ordered before but now I'm a believer. My pkg was shipped 12/31 but by 1/17 it had not arrived. I sent their support people an email. They tracked it and it was delivered a few days later. Quick response. Love this place.

I made a purchase on dec 30, 2008, and after two weeks and a useless usps tracking without getting my product, I emailed the company. About 2 days later, they responded saying they reshipped it. I was getting nervous after reading all the horrible reviews on here, but at last, after 3 weeks, my merchandise finally came as advertised. Overall, I'm somewhat satisfied, only wished they would ship out sooner. I'm giving it 3/5 stars.

I orderd one MP3 player, one wirless headset and a watch from 1saleaday.com on oct 17 and I didnot recieved these items from them. Despite my repeated communication with those people, , to my utter disappointment, I still have not received the above items. Waiting for three months is totally unacceptable. I have been billed (incl. shipping). I want to lodge a complaint against 1saleaday.com with BBB. I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 265T GPS on December 31st.
Good:
Their price was good. (The best price, but since then I have seen retailers for approx $15-$30 more)
I received a GPS.
Bad:
They lie to you about shipping the item - The website said they shipped January 2. They provided a shipping number January 5. They actually shipped January 14. They either do not respond to emails, or give responses days later that are not helpful (e.g. "Your order was shipped out via USPS and appears delayed. We opened a tracer with USPS and will contact you with the outcome." Yea right, they did nothing.) It took 22 days to receive the GPS because of their slowness.
They provide no phone number and no mailing address on the website.
The only option for shipping is USPS, which in my opinion has terrible service (tracking numbers are inaccurate, does not provide ETA, very slow).
Overall:
At least I got a 265T. At their price, I might have still bought the GPS if they had just been truthful and said you would get the GPS in 3 weeks. But I learned my lesson - don't buy from 1saleaday.com! Also, by reading other reviews, it seems like if your item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, they won't refund you. This hardly surprises me.
P.S. My credit card statement lists 718-913-4700, a number not on their website. The number 800-419-0100 listed above they claim is for advertisers only. Good luck getting someone to help you on the phone. This review was modified by its author, rocketwidget, on

I ordered a free item ($4.99 shipping charge) on 26 December 2008. Despite my frequent emails asking for the item or a refund, the site has responded only once, by telling me that USPS updates its tracking system very slowly.
In short: nonexistent customer service, lies, and possible fraud. I am following this up with my credit card company.
UPDATE: On the same day I posted this review and contacted the New York Better Business Bureau, Ben from 1saleaday.com emailed me offering to refund my money and send me the item free of charge.
The refund appeared in my account the next day. I am awaiting the item, which appears to be moving through the USPS.
I wish I could say that I am happy with the outcome, but my experience with 1saleaday.com has been very unpleasant. If it takes posting an online complaint and a report to the BBB to get a company to answer emails and provide basic customer service, I am quite sure I do not want to do business with them again.

Wow. I bought 4 items from 1saleaday and I did not have any trouble. Everything was shipped in a timely manner and is what I paid for. How can you complain about the free items when you only pay for shipping. The shipping may be a little high but it is no surprise. I guess I will shop there until something does happen. I have searched some items and they may be cheaper on EBAY or online.

Sells fake products. Ordered "Pedegg" which was what was advertised on their page while buying and what I got was some cheap imitation crap. They sold each one for free with $4.99 shipping charge for each. This way they can getaway with their fraud. I highly recommend not to do business with this merchant. Ordered a PedEgg from this site. What I received was an imitation item. I tried contacting them via email several times, but have not heard back yet.

I ordered a memory card on December 27th, 2008, received two emails on two different days with the same tracking number which did not work, and have yet to receive my product. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering. I just sent an email and will definitely be contacting my credit card and the BBB if I don't hear anything from them. What a rip off- don't order from here.
