These guys sent the package to the WRONG address. I e-mailed them after I noticed the tracking # was going to wrong place. They ignored it. Had to do a charge back to get my money back. Just happy I bought with a credit card!

Ordered the Creative Video Blaster Editor on 8/30/09 and the credit card was charged. However, up to today, after 18 days, this company still hasn’t shipped the item. Since the company has never shipped the item, I just simply go to cancel the order. Feel BAD.

I ordered a Linksys T-Mobile Router from them on 8/31/09. It arrived on 9/14/09 which is ok for time. But, the product is Dead-on-Arrival; it would not power up at all. The power supply is a 3rd party substitute. The shipping box packaging is loosely put together. The box is all beatup from delivery. Also, the case unit is beatup on the outside. In addition, the two internal SIM card slots with one of the slot broken in 2 pieces; they put a tape on one to keep it together.  
I'm trying to get to the customer service at this time. I don't have very high hope after reading with many bad reviews here. NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.  
 
Updated: I called the number numerous times, but no one ever answer the phone. Finally, I got an email back couple days later even though I gave them my phone # to call back to discuss the issue. Their support is only email. Anyway, I was told to ship it back for exchange or get refund AT MY OWN EXPENSE; this is unacceptable for sending a used product to the customer that never work to begin with. Also, Paypal support is a joke. Have to do the charge back from credit card. Never trust them.

It's been 12 days after I placed the order and after repeated emails I still don't have the item nor tracking number.  
There is no actual person to reply to customer support email. All i got is an automated message 'You will be sent your tracking number shortly.' and thats it.  
Update:  
As soon as I posted my review I received an email from barry@1saleaday.com with my tracking number.  
My order was shipped on August 24th and I placed my order on August 15th.  
 
I will update my review when I receive my order.

I ordered a Lucien Piccard Belle Suisse DaVinci Collection Swiss Movement Silver Sunray Dial Stainless Steel Bracelet Men's Watch #BS1002SL for my father. The watch does come in two weeks, however, the band was broken out of the box. The phone number they provided to my credit card company is fake. May need to reverse the charge to 1saleaday if I did not hear from them soon.

I made 4 purchases from this site and all 4 items I purchased no longer work. I ordered a case for my Iphone, that did not fit when I finally received it a month later. I order a car charger for my Iphone that didn't work out of the box. I ordered an air purifier that broke a week after I got it and I ordered a Homeland Security emergency preparedness kit. I'm afraid to open it based on my experience with the other items. When I inquired about the broken or non-working items, I was basically brushed off and told "other customers have said the items work fine". Actually, I don't blame them as much as I blame myself for thinking that this crap is a good deal. If anyone is thinking of buying something from this site, please think again!!!! The customer service is horrible, the products are awful and the effort to get this crap shipped when its supposed to be, is not even worth it.

Until this order i was a fan of 1saleaday site as their product are below market price good condition and shipping was fast.  
But today in my disappointment i have to say their customer care is pathetic. I have ordered samsung sgh T429 phone when i got this phone it was Locked(It was clearly promised as Unlock in advertisement).  
When i contact customer care they wrote me a mail saying

As indicated on line, you are fully covered under manufacturer warranty. If needed please contact the manufacturer for tech support or service.

Do you think a customer expect these comments, as their phone itself was locked how manufacturer is responsible??  
I strongly suspect it is a USED PHONE, then i contact T-Mobile as it was marked on this phone, and they also not able to solve the problem.  
 
T-Mobile sent me back to Samsung asking whats wrong with phone, Samsung said this phone is permanently Locked. As 1saleaday.com is NOT AUTHORIZE RESELLER WE HAVE TO CHARGE YOU $70/-.  
 
Now after struggling for 10-12 days so that it can be corrected, phone is a junk and i am not able to see menu even, I wrote a mail to 1saleaday and they are not replying my mail.  
 
Now i am in process of contact bank about this fraud, if i dont get reply from them.  
I will keep everybody posted, BUT PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM....

Hey guys please beware of these people now they know every trick of the trade to harass people, when you say you want to return the product they will not send you any label or RMA, Its you, who will bear this pain of defective product and then to ship it with your OWN money and then wait to get your money back, as lots of people are still waiting.  
 
One advice to people who all are rating this guy excellent. WE ARE RATING THIS GUY AS POOR BECAUSE WE ARE SUFFERING, BEFORE THEN WE WERE A GOOD CUSTOMER OF THIS CROOK.  
SO GUYS PLEASE DO NOT SAY WE ARE HAPPY WITH 1SALEADAY, WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST THIS GUY. Its 1saleaday which failed to handle its customer grievances.

I recently ordered a watch (Invicta Raceway II Gunmetal) from 1SaleADay prior to reading the store reviews here. Seeing the score of 4 out of 10 had me worried and had me wishing I did my research prior to buying.  
 
After receiving my product, I believe the 4 out 10 score is not an accurate indication of this website's performance. I ordered the watch on April 6, received the tracking information on April 11 and received my item today (April 14). The item was well packaged and arrived brand new and in flawless condition. It still had the manufacturer's plastic wrapping around the watch. I purchased the watch for $75 (including shipping) which was about $60 less than any seller listed on pricegrabber.com and the main reason I put in my order so quickly. It only took 8 days for my order to arrive (shipped from Florida to California). Not the fastest, but for the awesome low price, I'll take it with no hesitation.  
 
In the end, I guess I was worrying for no reason. I don't doubt that people had less than stellar experiences with this store but I'm guessing those are isolated instances that get magnified on this site because those who have bad experiences are more likely to post here. I will not hesitate buying from this site again.

1 Sale a Day understands cusomter support. I had a minor issue and they solved the problem better than I had expected. They have excellent communication and fast responses in their support department. I will surely buy from this company again!

Terrible. Terrible Terribe. Today is 3-26 and only until yesterday (9 days later) did a tracking # show up which tells me they shipped the item 9 days after order was placed. I still have NOT received the item I ordered, will NEVER shop here again. At least use FedEx or UPS for shipping that way customers have an idea whats going on with shipping and better yet ship the item in an acceptable/normal time frame, Not 9 days later PLUS transit time so we're looking at 2 weeks?

Very poor customer service; I emailed them over a week ago about a defective product, no response.  
I got my NON working item in about a week speedy delivery….  
 
I would not reccomend ordering anything from this site... Great prices are good if you get a working product!

I placed an order, no problem. I got an e-mail stating that said my order was shipped via USPS. The USPS said they received an electronic notification that the order will be shipped, but it never arrived. So far I am waiting on a response from 1saleaday. They just say that they are checking into it. I hope I didn't just spent $45.00 on nothing. So far I do not recommend doing business with this company. The only means to contact them is via e-mail, so the communication is slow. I will let you know how this turns out.

I ordered what was advertised and pictured as a PedEgg hand held pedicure foot scraper, but what I got was a cheap Chinese knock-off version of the product. False advertising!!

I ordered several times from 1SaleaDay.com with no issues. I think they are hit and miss. This last order, for a Jawbone2 Bluetooth headset back on Oct. 5th 2008, I sent several emails with no reply and finally got a reply that they will put a tracer on it. I sent a few more after that with no replies. I then found their phone number and left a message the other day (it's a weekend, so I will give them a few more days to get to it). I am disappointed in how they let the ball drop on these lost shipments I am reading about. It's horrid customer service. It's now Dec. 22nd with no delivery or word from them other than that one email a while back when they said they would put a tracer on it.
