I ordered a XBOX 360 from ONESALEADAY. When I received the device the packaging was perfect, however after a short time the device failed. This was not the fault of Onesaleaday however I was unsure of how the return process would result. I emailed support as I was unable to locate a phone number and wella the next day I had an RMA number with return info. They advised me that I can get a refund or replacement, my choice. I have returned the device. I was very impressed on the speed of there reponse and support. Everyone knows that you can always find items for less if you search around, but will you have the support when there is a problem. One Sale A day has earned my trust and I will never hesitate to order from them when there is a great find. I have had many orders in the past from them and everything has been great. This is the fourth item I have purchased from One Sale a Day. All items have been as advertised. The latest item was defective. A replacement was promptly sent and works as advertised. I recommend One Sale a Day

Hi,I have purchased Bluetooth using this website.I was pleased by their customer service.I was expecting 20 dollars rebate from Blueberry,however I didn't got my rebate up to 3 months or so but when I contacted customers service.They have looked in the matter and sent me a money order for 20 dollars for my rebate.I will do buisness with them again in future.Thank you.

Awesome transaction...great product. Ordered a watch from 1saleaday and have to say it is really nice at what was a fantastic price. I own omegas, tags, raymond weils, oris', epos', and more...bought over many years at great prices... and I have to say, this $100 Philip watch may now be my favorite. I ordered an inexpensive italian rubber band off of Amazon and subbed it out with the nice (real) croc that comes with the watch so I can use it for everyday knock around. All I can say is wow. Even my wife liked the watch and was wondering whether it might "fit" her. I quickly told her no and found an excuse to get it back. Now to the main issue, I was initially concerned whether the watch had a sapphire or not. I emailed customer support and they responded a day later with what appeared a conscientious and responsive answer. They had already received a couple of emails and went back to the manufacturer, more than once, and they confirmed that a sapphire was put on this particular model. They also pointed me to a large competitor's online video where it was cited as sapphire. Ironically, the competitor's video clearly cited a sapphire but the online text said mineral. Anyhow, it certainly appears a sapphire, at least by the water droplet test which may or may not be conclusive but which seems to work in most cases. I'm not willing to try a screwdriver scratch but I'm reasonably sure it is sapphire and I was very pleased with the customer support. By the way, I received the watch five days after ordering which by my standards is pretty darn quick. All in all, a very nice transaction. Would definitely purchase from them again.

This is 3rd order in 2 weeks I have made with 1saleaday and 9th this year and it still amazes me how good the deals are and how fast I recieve my order. Because you'd think with free Items and only $5.99 for shipping, they'd be using the slow-boat-from-China method for shipping but I have been getting all my orders within 3 to 4 days. And the one time I didn't get my order on the day the tracking number said, it turned out that I had a subsitute postman and he put my package in the wrong slot and it very quietly disappeared, but when I told "1saleaday" about what happened, a real nice lady named Sarah, emailed me back and said, "I'm sorry to hear about that, but don't worry we'll ship you another one for free", and it was here in 3 days. Thats customer service going above and beyond cause it wasn't they're fault.
If they keep rolling out the good deals, I'll keep on buying them, because you can't beat the price and everything I have purchased has been great quality made items.
I've also told several of my friends about them and they have gotten some good stuff chaeap too.

It's always a great experience when shopping 1saleaday. I don't always feel the need to order what they are offering but when I do see something I want I don't hesitate to order. The customer service is great.

I purchased a Seiko Pulsar watch from 1SaleADay.
com..the watch is a very nice chronograph at a very reasonable price. In a little over 9 weeks it started to slow down, lost time and then the telltale sign of battery issues appeared when the second hand started rocking back and forth. I contacted 1SaleADay who told me to have the watch repaired and submit the bill..I had the watch battery changed out and was charged $6.25. The watch is keeping time to the second and the $6.25 was credited to my card account within 48 hours. I am very pleased and will buy again from them.

I received the item broken due to improper packing. The packaging was not sturdy enough to offer sufficient protection and our wonderful postal service delivered the item completely smashed. I contaced 1Saleaday for a replacement and they were out of the item but promptly offered a credit and full refund. Will definitely do business with them again. They responded within 24 hours, which was pretty quick.
