This site is shady as all hell. I ordered what I thought was a really good deal on an xbox just to get a REFURBISHED one! no where on the sales page did it say it was a refurbished system. A refurbished xbox with no warranty wtf this site obviously knew no one would buy such a worthless piece of garbage so they conveniently left that part out. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!

This has got to be the worse place that I have ever dealt with. On the 4th of November I placed an order for a GPS that they were selling. It is now the 16th and I have yet to receive anything. I have contacted support three different times. Some guy named Mooky keeps giving me the runaround. Today they finally said that my GPS has been shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number has been with UPS since Friday and it is just electronic transmission stating that there is a package to be delivered, they do not have the merchandise in their hands as of yet to ship. I would not and I will not buy from this company again. It is companies like this that reflect bad on the companies that do sell quality and support. This is a company that make people afraid to do any shopping on the Internet. The Companies that have a good track record should work hard to put companies like 1SaleADay out of bussiness for good.

I ordered 3 GARMIN 255 GPS systems and still have not received anything. I emailed the 1saleaday contact information with no response. The shipping # they gave me for UPS is bogus and was voided out. Now I have to contact my credit card company to get my money back.

Placed 2 orders - this one for wireless adapters, and another for a wireless camera. Got the wireless adapters today - one obviously broken, all in torn up, shoddy packaging. USPS delivery on the camera shows as number not found. No responses to emails.

Purhcased an Item they sent me an email saying the item was shipped but no tracking number. Two weeks later I emailed them... nothing... filed a Paypal Claim on then then got a response, oh yeah we will ship out tommmorrow... I told Paypal and they made them refund my money... what a horrible merchant this is...never again.

Do not buy from this company.
They lie about shipping - my order status was changed to shipped 3 days after ordering, yet I could not get a tracking number from Sarah - she kept saying I would receive an e-mail with tracking info (twice).
Almost 3 weeks later - I opened a Paypal dispute, and finally got some information. I found out that the item was not shipped (scanned into UPS) until AFTER I created the dispute - 3 weeks after I ordered. This review was modified by its author, mphuie, on

Hi,on 10/21/2009 after my last review, support staff from 1saleaday sent me tracking number for UPS, But unfortunately they just billed up the label put package was not shipped yet as told to me by UPS. So you all can guess that how they try to make fool of customers.But they don,t know that all these acts will be known by customers, then wat about their bussiness? Seller did not even ship the product after 12 days. Communication is poor often takes more than a day and the seller fails to address questions asked. I will stay away next time. Others who bought the same item report a problem with shipping and customer support. These guys don't have a number to call either.

Ordered a "new" watch from this company, recieved a watch with the second hand detached. Contacted them and they told me to contact the watch maker....avoid like the plague.

Buyer Beware. 1saleaday falsely advertises their products. I ordered an apple branded USB wall charger from them. On their site was even a model number of an apple USB charger, which I confirmed on Amazon.com. What was sent to me, however, was a firewire wall charger, which is completely worthless. It even came with a USB cable, so the cable provided doesn't even match the product. When I contacted their support about the wrong item being sent, I received a generic email back, telling me to fill out a return form for a defective product. The product is not defective, it's the wrong product! They expect me to pay to ship it back to them to receive my refund. I should not be forced to pay more to correct their mistake. I'm not going to spend $5 to ship back a $10 item. Part of me thinks their purposely provide false descriptions, knowing that no one would want a firewire charger, and also knowing no one would follow up on returning it. Luckily I'm only out $10 this time, but I won't buy from them again.

I can understand ripping people off for more expensive items, but what I ordered was a deal for $2.99 back in August and I still haven't received it nor received a tracking number.
The biggest issue is that since this company is obviously not trustworthy, they are taking in the credit card numbers of thousands of people placing orders on their site every day. Who knows what they do with the personal information of their customers.
Fortunately my credit card company won't have a problem taking these guys to town even over a $2.99 charge.

9/10/2009 I order (2) Sony 40inch with free (3)HDMI cable for each one total is (6) cable but haven't recieve it.On 9/22 i email them and they say the order has been in process. they send tracking # through my email, but when i recieve the item all it was (6) HDMI cable..then i email them ask where is my TV i order...and haven't got email yet.

After 2 weeks of not receiving my TV, and multiple attempts at contacting them via email, I finally got a tracking number. The problem was, it was being delivered to a place in Massachusetts, and when I called the shipping company, they said they had no record of any shipment being brought to my residence.
I finally resorted to contacting them via phone after this. I had to more, or less, harass them until I finally got a call back. They told me there was a mix up, and that they were finally sending out my TV. They told me I would receive a tracking number later that night. I never got that tracking number, but the TV did finally arrive 3 days later.
When I unboxed the TV, which was suppose to be brand new, great condition, there was several problems. The TV screen was malfunctioned, with a vertical red line going down the left side. Also, it was suppose to come with 3 HDMI cables, which were nowhere to be found. Inside the box, the manual was missing, as well as the screws for the base. Luckily, I was mounting the TV on the wall, and did not need them.
All, and all, my experience with them has been nothing but a nightmare. I will NEVER order from them again, and advise everybody else to stay away. This company is a joke, with their customer service being run by a max. of 3 people. There is NO communication unless you are willing to put in the time and effort to become a bother. And even when you do get the product, you risk throwing away your hard earned money for a malfunctioned product, that you cannot return.

These guys sent the package to the WRONG address. I e-mailed them after I noticed the tracking # was going to wrong place. They ignored it. Had to do a charge back to get my money back. Just happy I bought with a credit card!

NO ONE should order from this company. I'm not quite sure how they can get away with saying they have any customer support at all. Emails go un-responded and there is no other method to contact them.
Even the small company I work for has better turn-around and we post a customer support phone number too. Of course, if you have good experiences from the get go, you don't need customer support.
I will never recommend this company, in fact, I will ensure others DON'T order from them, unless something seriously remarkable happens soon. Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had.
Clearly, I'm not alone in this assessment, either.
