It's always a great experience when shopping 1saleaday. I don't always feel the need to order what they are offering but when I do see something I want I don't hesitate to order. The customer service is great.

I purchased a Seiko Pulsar watch from 1SaleADay.  
com..the watch is a very nice chronograph at a very reasonable price. In a little over 9 weeks it started to slow down, lost time and then the telltale sign of battery issues appeared when the second hand started rocking back and forth. I contacted 1SaleADay who told me to have the watch repaired and submit the bill..I had the watch battery changed out and was charged $6.25. The watch is keeping time to the second and the $6.25 was credited to my card account within 48 hours. I am very pleased and will buy again from them.

pretty prompt shipping, had a small issue and was contacted by the customer service fairly quickly and curtious.

I received the item broken due to improper packing. The packaging was not sturdy enough to offer sufficient protection and our wonderful postal service delivered the item completely smashed. I contaced 1Saleaday for a replacement and they were out of the item but promptly offered a credit and full refund. Will definitely do business with them again. They responded within 24 hours, which was pretty quick.

Great customer service!

Received some watches with dead batteries on a purchase from 1saleaday. They responded by sending 2 new replacement watches with good batteries. Good customer service response!

Placed 2 orders - this one for wireless adapters, and another for a wireless camera. Got the wireless adapters today - one obviously broken, all in torn up, shoddy packaging. USPS delivery on the camera shows as number not found. No responses to emails.

Purhcased an Item they sent me an email saying the item was shipped but no tracking number. Two weeks later I emailed them... nothing... filed a Paypal Claim on then then got a response, oh yeah we will ship out tommmorrow... I told Paypal and they made them refund my money... what a horrible merchant this is...never again.

I order a few times a week from 1SaleADay.com and any time there has been any issue they take care of it A++++++++ this is why I continue to order from them! They also have some of the best deals!!

Outstanding service. My order never was delivered to my house by the post office. It was tracked to being delivered but it never reached MY house. The customer service turn around by email was 1 day or within an hour or 2. They quickly refunded my money but they were not at fault. I have placed several orders from them and will continue to do so and have already passed the site on to my friends. Thank you 1saleady.com! You are the best!

They lie about shipping - my order status was changed to shipped 3 days after ordering, yet I could not get a tracking number from Sarah - she kept saying I would receive an e-mail with tracking info (twice).  
 
Almost 3 weeks later - I opened a Paypal dispute, and finally got some information. I found out that the item was not shipped (scanned into UPS) until AFTER I created the dispute - 3 weeks after I ordered.

I ordered 8 watches from watch.1saleaday.com, and after reading some of these reviews I was worried about my $500 purchase, however I was pleasantly surprised with this company.  
 
I received an immediate email giving me my order number and my receipt. I nervously waited 5 days for the shipment to arrive before I contacted them. On day 6 I sent an email requesting an update on my order and immediately received a reply stating my order had already shipped and a tracking number. I checked the tacking number, and to my surprise the watches had already been delivered. I did dislike the drop shipment at my door, however the prompt service and delivery WAY out weighed the drop shipment.  
 
I wearily opened the box the watches were packed in, and to my surprise all the watches were in the original boxes with the original tags and plastic scratch film still applied. These were in fact EXACTLY what I had ordered and were even better than I expected them to be. The box was filled with foam peanuts as to not jostle around during shipment.  
 
My experience with this company was a very good one, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The incredibly low prices are great, but the prompt shipment and care given by the company is amazing.

Hi,on 10/21/2009 after my last review, support staff from 1saleaday sent me tracking number for UPS, But unfortunately they just billed up the label put package was not shipped yet as told to me by UPS. So you all can guess that how they try to make fool of customers.But they don,t know that all these acts will be known by customers, then wat about their bussiness?
