Product was shipped very promptly; email acknowledging order and notifying me of shipment were sent. Product exactly as described.

I've bought a few items from this vendor, all were super deals. This purchase was for a watch, @ 80% off MSRP, and 60% off the best Amazon price. Shipping took a little longer than I would have liked, but the price, that made it worth waiting for. When it arrived, the analog display didn't function, luckily, it was just a bad battery, and rather than return it, they reimbursed me for the cost of a new battery.

1saleaday.com originally gave me the incorrect Wii nunchuk that was not wireless as advertised. I sent them an email stating the mistake and they immediately replied back about the error and gave me a new wireless nunchuk right away and let me keep the wired nunchuk. Their service made me second guess my concern when dealing with a company that only deals with customer issues through email instead of the phone.

The electronic item I ordered is made in China and arrived broken. I sent it back and received a working one, but the accompanying wall charger was broke. They sent me a new charger and I am thrilled with the product and tremendous service! I will continue to do business with 1Saleaday with supreme confidence that "Dee", or someone like her will take of me to my satisfaction.

there was a small mix-up with my order, but they worked quickly and fixed the error more than satisfactorily. Aside from that, the prices are great, and the shipping is fast.

The wireless mouse that I ordered arrived in a defective condition. I contacted Customer Service via email and promptly received a personal reply. The Customer Service representative worked with me to resolve the issue quickly and to my full satisfaction. During the process I was treated with full respect and courtesy. It was a pleasure having to resolve a problem with this company.

I ordered a watch which was of poor quality, but after I complained to 1saleaday.com it was resolved within few hours to my complete satisfaction. I have never seen this fast customer service with any online sellers. I will still be their customer if they continue this level of service.

I've ordered a few things over the past couple years from 1 Sale a Day and I've never had a problem with them. Their customer service may take a couple days to respond, but they do respond and go above and beyond.
