I searched Google for Sabatier Carbon Steel knives and came up with 2 sites. The Best Things had the best price for the 2 knives which I wanted. I called the toll free number and felt satisfied with the company. Placed the order on the web and all went perfect. Got the knives in record time. Response from The Best Things via email was quick and perfect. I couldn't be more pleased. Plan to order 2 more knives soon.
