I was looking for genuine Canon accessories for my G3 digital camera and stumbled on The Best Things company. I was sort of skeptical at first as I had never heard of them and their website doesn’t make it easy to locate information about their policies on Customer Satisfaction. Deciding to take the risk, I placed my $220 order hoping for the best – which is EXACTLY what I received. Shortly after placing the order I received a pleasant phone call from a representative saying that one of my items was on backorder and would be available in a few day and asked would that be acceptable. What a shock! Personalized, human customer service that was intelligent, professional, articulate and did not have a hateful attitude. All the attributes I find lacking so much today, which, in turn, have driven me to shopping on line as much as possible. The ordered items arrived on schedule, in perfect condition without a hitch. I will most assuredly shop with them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services.
