I was looking for genuine Canon accessories for my G3 digital camera and stumbled on The Best Things company. I was sort of skeptical at first as I had never heard of them and their website doesn’t make it easy to locate information about their policies on Customer Satisfaction. Deciding to take the risk, I placed my $220 order hoping for the best – which is EXACTLY what I received. Shortly after placing the order I received a pleasant phone call from a representative saying that one of my items was on backorder and would be available in a few day and asked would that be acceptable. What a shock! Personalized, human customer service that was intelligent, professional, articulate and did not have a hateful attitude. All the attributes I find lacking so much today, which, in turn, have driven me to shopping on line as much as possible. The ordered items arrived on schedule, in perfect condition without a hitch. I will most assuredly shop with them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services.

I purchased a Canon G2 Powershot Digital Camera and it was a breeze. I had been looking for one for over 6 months. I contacted Jodie Brown at The Best Things based on a strong review I read. They did not have the camera in stock. I sent her an e-mail requesting notification when the camera arrived. She sent me an e-mail that the camera was in stock. I called her on Monday, June 3 in the morning. The camera arrived at my house on Wednesday, June 5. After reading a number of reviews by people who have been burned by e-scammers, I am pleased to write a very strong review for The Best Things and Jodie Brown. I had a great experience with them and can recommend them highly.

Ordered a Canon ZR40 late Monday afternoon and it was delivered via 2nd day Air shipping on Thursday at less than $17! I spent the same amount on this camcorder (including shipping) as many of the less reputable online vendors. I couldn't be happier with this company!

Great buying experience on a Canon digital camcorder. Price was just above the very "low end" vendors turned up by price-comparison search engines, shipping was negligible (gross price including shipping was within 3% of best gross price on the internet), item shipped next day, arrived on promised day, in great condition and with all parts. Salesperson was a delight. Highly recommended.

I wanted to get a camcorder light. All the regular places I've ordered from before said they were out of stock maybe for as long as a month. On a whim, I thought I'd give THIS company a call. I wasn't dissappointed. They had the light in stock, and I had it in two days. All for a good price with ultra-low shipping costs. A great experience I would defintely order from them again.
