I found a highly rated Honeywell tower fan I wanted on Amazon.com for $51.00. At Consumer Depot they were $39.00 so I bought two They were delivered promptly and they were well packed.

I found the order update system to be excellent. The order came by US MAIL, and came in a new package. I was informed of status along the way and the price, even with me paying the shipping was very reasonable. I will use this company again.

Was bit skeptical based significantly lower price than any other seller for rolling laptop case and many negative comments regarding this seller. However, this was as good as any online transaction I have ever had, and I have purchased dozens of products online: good communication, lightening fast shipping and product exactly as described (new.)

Easy order process. Quick delivery. Item delivered as ordered in excellent condition and at an amazingly low price. I received a new printer with ink and cables for the price of the ink cartridges alone. Way to go Consumer Depot!

Because of the negative comments posted here, I was a bit uneasy about ordering from ConsumerDepot. It turns out my fears were unfounded.  
 
I ordered a computer game on 4/3/09 and received an e-mail confirmation that day. The product was shipped on 4/07/09 via First Class Mail. I received a “product shipped” e-mail complete with a USPS Track & Confirm link. The package arrived on 4/10/09.  
 
It arrived in perfect condition in factory-sealed, full retail packaging, complete with manual. I installed and registered the game and it seems to be running well. Overall, the ordering experience with ComsumerDepot was pain-free and seamless, and at the best delivered price by far.

Purchased Bello' HTS100BN theater chair on Sunday and it arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday.  
Net (3) days for a 32KG box on a skid is quite impressive. In stock means in stock in their warehouse and on the road the next day. Consumer Depot was $300 less than Best Buy and Home Depot and well worth the 48 hour wait. Thanks! I'll be a returning customer.

Very prompt service. Product was exactly as depicted (new and in box edutainment "smartridge"). I had been worried I might not get the gift in time for my nephew's third b-day, but it came much sooner than expected even though I used regular US Mail. Good job, consumerdepot!

Product was as advertised, in new condition. The price was great. If I'd been ordering a more expensive product, I may have gone elsewhere due to the bad reviews I've read, however I had no serious issues with my purchase of a battery.  
 
It seemed to me like most bad reviews were issues with open box or used items rather than new. Also I'd think bad reviews are more likely as people take more time to complain than praise. That said, I still felt like I was playing Russian Roulette making a purchase. Take that as you will.  
 
The order did take longer to ship than promised, however USPS got the order to me so quickly it still fell well withing when I expected it to arrive. Customer service provided quick email responses, but they gave me bad info about when the order shipped so they were mostly useless. Just FYI, there's no phone support.

Excellent product at a totally fantastic price. Shipping costs were very reasonable as well, and the shipping itself was lightning fast. This was my second transaction with Consumer Depot and they proved to be just as good, if not better, than the first time I placed an order with them.

Fast processing, fast delivery. Web site properly updated with tracking number so that delivery time could be planned. Item received in good/new condition as advertised. Keep the prices low... recommended place for searching and buying desired items sold by given retailer.
