An excellent experience and FAST! The only thing that I could complain about and not a big deal at all, was that my remote arrived with no batteries and my friend who ordered the same item, his came with batteries - again no big deal! I would still order from you and give you a AAAA+++++ rating!

I was looking for this panasonic epilator for a couple of days and all the prices were over $46 and that was without shipping. Then some how I came across this company and the price was almost $38 and that was with FREE shipping. I paid for it on the 26th (night) and received it TODAY the 29th. Wow great price, great fast shipment! Can't say enough good! Great product, great company THANKS GUYS!

Consumer Depot is aweful. I bought 2 remote start systems, and one of them came without the door lock/unlock wire. Since they sent me a defective product the expect me to repackage it, and accommodate all their needs to RETURN the item, they wont simply send me the part that my product should have come with, and they will not just exchange it. They expect the consumer to pay for return shipping ($10) and shipping for buying a whole new product (another $10!!) because they sent me a defective product. Absolutely aweful, never buying from them again! Techforless.com is way more reliable and has much better deals. stick with them

I had a minor problem with my card that was my own fault and they helped me fix that. After that and I reordered the item came as advertised and 1 full day earlier then expected. Great prices and fast service,on a scale from 1 to 10 id give then a 10!

Item totally not as described,packaged poorly,shipped with the battery(defective) and ac adapter on top of the lid for the LCD.Screen has compression marks on it.Returned within 7 days and with the RMA # clearly on the box and they still refused it.If you deal with these clowns and get a bad deal,good luck trying to get your money back from them.Just file a chargeback with your credit card.AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This is a great place to find some bargains. My items were shipped quickly and were in perfect condition. Several camera items were ordered and the quality is what I had expected. One warning verify the items number online as I noticed one Canon camera bag number did not match their picture but I found another that turned out alright.

This company has found a great way to scam buyers! BEWARE! We received a totally defective Xbox 360 and purchased a one year warranty. You cannot be reimbursed for the shipping on defective mdse ($22) or for the $30 warranty, AND you have to pay to send it back. From other reviews I've read, I don't expect to even see the refund. The "fine print" already states that they don't have to send me a new system, just refund my purchase price. Lousy deal!

I am not happy with the level (or lack thereof) of customer service at all. First, it took a week to process my order with no feedback whatsoever. Then my order FINALLY shipped on 5/29/2009 (again, with no email or other notification, you have to check their website to see anything). No tracking number was provided (it just says "drop shipped", and it is now June 8th, and I have NO idea where my order is, even though I paid $14.95 to ship a license key. They have not responded to my inquiries, though they had no problem charging my card. I am going to give them a few more days and then have my CC provider issue a charge back. Since posting my review, I have since found out that Consumer Depot is in the process of being SUED by the State of TN in an attempt to shut them down for fraudulent business activities. DO NOT by from them, they are scam artists.

I never got it and they refuse to acknowledge the fact or do anything about it. I still dont have my item. I ordered it a month ago
