The item was exactly as described, brand new, sealed and with complete packaging. It was shipped amazingly fast with excellent packaging. I'd gladly buy from this merchant again.

I bought three fax machines for my caretakers.166.00. he sent an email saying they were shipped,they never arrived.He admitted he never shipped and refused refund.I'm taking him to the FTC,Federal Trade Commission,internet telemarketing fraud,IRS,FBI,USPS,Equifax,Experian,Trans union,Social security,IDTHEFT.They allways get results and then some. My 166.00 will cost him 10,000.00 .The trip to Washington alone,with Attorney,room and board and 5 years prison.I'm on the board.

DO NOT ORDER FROM these guys. They are a FRAUD and have been given an F in service, honesty and customer service. Please review this BBB link before getting trapped.

I bought merchandise worth $984, and they reimbursed me $700. the merchandise was wrong, didn't work and wasn't reimbursed the full amount. i could not get in touch with anyone in person to discuss my matter and the sales person acts aloof to any situation.

I ordered two 1gb rams chips. They sent one 1gb and one 512mb. I told them about the error and they replied stating they don't have another 1gb. I was given an RMA to return but they will not refund the shipping charges for the first item (they charged additional for the 512mb RAM that I didn't want) and I have to pay shipping to return it. Unacceptable. I will not ever purchase from again and I will not refer them.

Almost flawless. However... they shipped the retail consumer box (a VoIP phone kit) by slapping a label on it. The equipment did arrive ok (if filthy and banged up). Even if they just put the retail box into a cardboard shipping box without padding it would have been much better. I would hesitate to order something similar from this merchant for this reason alone.

I ordered two color print cartridges for my hp printer.. neither of the cartridges worked properly.. the first cartridge didn't print any color and the second cartridge prints an extremely faded version of color... barely legible.

Merchandise is packed and shipping great,shipping time is usually sooner than expected. So far everything I have purchased has been in working condition, ive re-sold it all and made profit and even kept a laptop for my own personal use! I make big purchases all the time for over 2,000 dollars, they are a trusted company! I will always purchase from this site.

The delivery was on time and the products very in great condition. The only problem is that they didnt send me one of the item and didn;t let me know that they were out of stock. They deducted the amount of the product but the shipping remained same. Apart from that everything was great
