I don't like the way this business working. First, they sent me a missing item. I emailed and asked for the missing, they did not have it. Then, they asked me to send it back with the shipping price on my hand. Did I make a mistake or they made a mistake? I have a feeling that they cheated on me. What a frustration moment...They are a big business, but they did not do a big favor to small customer like me...Should we be aware of this type of business?

This like so many other items i have ordered recently from Bargaindepot04 does not work,,As it states on thier auction listing "Works Great and in original box" and i have items described in description as "NIB" ie New In Box when i recieved these items they were used in the box.,  
i have bought software "works great and in original box" that had no cd keys so they did not work,, i have ordered items that when they arrived the item was not what i bid on nor close to item offered example: i paid 31.50 for a Plextor DVD Burner "works Great and in original box" plus 25.00 shipping,,when it arrived it was the box but it had a used lite-on CDR/W that someone had written drive E CDR on it,,the DVD burner new sales for about 80 dollars so it was a bargain,(even the extra profit added into shipping) but what i got was a new retail priced 30.00 CD Burner that i had invested 56.50 into,the feedback from bargaindepot04 on me was i did not read the description well Auction logistix order # F01509 specifically satates that i purchased a plextor dvd+r/rw cd +r-r/rw and 9 dvd blank cases,,new open box there were 2 dvd cases and 7 cd rom cases in the box also not 9 dvd blank cases,,i got an rma but through no fault of my own i still lose the 25.00 shipping an bargasindepot04 keeps the profit ,gets the item and then will probably list it as what it is this has been the issue on most of the items i have purchased this second time around about 40 items i recieved about 8 to 10 that where what they stated they were I was aloyal buyer for bargaindepot04 when i started the first run had no real complaints everything was close to description,but at that time everything i recieved worked,if i return all the defective items i stand to lose about 400.00 in shipping and handling and also will have no items just empty handed and really ticked off i'am going to the Tennessee Attorney Generals office in the next few days and report this as criminal fraud and theft against Bargaindepot04 iam at the moment contacting other buyers who have fallen prey to the schemes of bargaindepot so i can help Attorney Generals office build as strong a case against bargaindepot04 as possible,,thank you for allowing me to comment but i do not believe you have enough characters for all my orders and dissappointments from bargaindepot04.

I purchased two items from this seller on ebay. Items 7131974770 NeedForSpeed cd game and 5162014145 belkin kvm and linksys pci ethernet adapter. The cd game would not work cd2 was so scratched that it would not play. When I emailed asking for help, I was sent an electronic answer and nothing was done. No one responded. The kvm was usb and not as advertised and the linksys pci ethernet adapter was just a linksys box with a no brand made in china ethernet adapter. Again electronic email and no one responded. I did however after the 7 day warranty period get someone to reply who informed me that the warranty period was over and I should have requested a refund earlier. I sent my email the day the item arrived. Very deceptive and unresponsive seller. I would never do business with this seller again.

Coffee maker we got was defective and leaked out of the electrical cord.....very dangerous...18 dollars to ship so we are stuck with a piece of junk....also it was used and top was warped badly....

I won an auction for a 4-line business phone and paid immediatly (within 90 minutes). A few days later I recieved a broken Zire PDA. I have since recieved 16 e- mails telling me to not reply and I will be contacted soon by customer service. I have never been contacted nor have I recieved the item I purchased and paid for. I learned that no matter what the circumstances are these people leave you negative feedback if you leave it for them. I left positive feedback for them so they would leave it for me because they get so much neg. feedback they could not care less about one more, however I am trying to build credibility on e-bay and do not want to recieve their retaliatory neg. feedback. In all honesty I don't think I have ever conducted business with a worse company. I would not consider trading with them in the future. Companies that use negative feedback to retaliate for a fair and accurate assessment of their business practices are the absolute scum of e-bay.

this company has absolutely no communication. they do not answer emails. purchased many items from them and about half of them came with missing key components not mentioned in the auction. this auction was missing 3 items essential for the item to function. they do have an rma system in place, but because they charge so much for shipping it makes it not feasible to return the item and have to absorb the initial shipping charges and pay to ship the item back. so basically many of the items i purchased i cannot use and did not want to spend the money to return. i do not recommend buying from this company unless you don't mind risking your item will not be usable. this is a prime example of "you get what you pay for". the only reason i left them positive feedback is because they use retaliatory tactics when leaving feedback. the will only leave positive feedback if the buyer leaves positive feedback. it is my belief that if you are a buyer and pay for item in a timely manner, that should be enough to earn positive feedback. but when you receive an item you are not happy with and leave negative feedback , they will leave you negative feedback only because you left them negative feedback. even if you paid for your item quickly they will still leave you negative feedback. that is not the way ebay was intended to work. they are a prime example of a company that is not ethical.

I was happy with the fast shipping and the low price, but when I tried to install the game it did not work. It's has nothing to do with my end, it is the game itself. If they are going to advertise something and say it works fine, then I expect it to. The item description says no returns. I guess I know why now. With all the negative feedback bargain depot has received, you think they would be more careful and actually check the items to make sure they work. I am very unsatisfied with my purchase. I contacted the game manufacturer, and by the time I get this problem fixed I could have gone to a retail store and bought a new game for the money I have to spend. One note on the shipping charge, even though it was fast, they made almost 100% profit from it. I do not think a seller should profit from shipping. Bargain depot will never receive business from me again.

Worst ebay seller! I purchased CD player that came DOA. Seller does not answer on emails, his automatic system issued RMA for refund without shipping cost I paid for it and I must pay fot shipping this junk back!  
 
Do not deal with him.

Tracking No. 790900397573(FEDEX). Item advertised as in good working order. When item was received it would not work. Attempted to get seller to send replacement and received warning from seller to "read advertisement carefully before bidding". I would not do business with this seller again.

Sells under the name Bargain Depot on E-Bay. Sells defective merchandise as new and wants you to pay postage to send it back. Will refund original price, then resell to someone else. Sold me a defective laminator listed as brand new and working. Junk!!!

UPDATE 03/24/2006: Anyone having any new problems PLEASE EMAIL ME (jimmy.owen@gmail.com) so I can forward the information on to you regarding the Tennessee State's Attorney General's Office and the action they are taking against Martin Fike!

UPDATE 03/20/2005: Martin Fike is now using the name swdiscounters on eBay, to hide from all of the negative publicity generated by all of our complaints to eBay.

I have received a reply from the Federal Trade Commission, and it looks like a regular auto-reply form. I would like everyone that has had a negative experience with BargainDepot04, AKA Consumer Depot, SurplusDealz, and Auction Logistix, to write to the FTC and use this number in the first line of the complaint form on their site at www.ftc.gov:  
complaint Ref No. 5700020....the name of the owner is Martin Fike. The address is 3332 Powell Ave. Nashville, Tn. 37204.

Lets flood them with complaints on the SAME complaint number!!!!  
 
I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission regarding this business's willfull selling of items on eBay that they KNOW are defective. In their auction details for an item that is defective, they describe the item exactly the same EVERY time. I am also filing a civil suit against bargaindepot04, (AKA ConsumerDepot, and Auction Logistix LLC), and will get it certified as a Class Action, as there are now over 100 members on eBay that are willing to join it with me. Look out bargaindepot. Get ready to pay!!  
 
this company leaves retalitory negative feedback when it is rightfully left for them. i paid for 3 day shipping, and received my item 7 days later. Fed Ex shipped it in the 3 days AFTER it was ready to be shipped by bargaindepot. they held it until there was no time left for it to be returned.

I received the wrong item. I went to the site and followed instructions for an RMA, stating to the seller that I'd rather have the item I won. I paid $35 for the item, $10 for shipping, and $6.50 for USPS Priority S/H return shipping. After 2 weeks, I received $45 back, but no return shipping.  
 
It was their fault, they charged almost $4 too much for s/h, I did everything I was asked, and I still lost money.  
 
Extremely bad risk. Take a look at his feedback, almost 5000 bad, 3000 neutral, and many MANY good feedbacks that have negative comments out of 67000+. That translates into a no better than about 85%, which sucks. I have a 98.7% rating with over 700 positives, I think I know what customer service is. CS is something this joker knows NOTHING about. Poor to no customer service at all.

They sent me used junk that had probably been returned by someone to a store. There were even caller ID information left in the phone from previous user. Left me neutral feedback on eBay as a way to retaliate because I did.

Very unhappy along with the rest of these users. Tried to correspond with seller only to find a response 2 days later (he requires a 3 day payment) via a form resonse that had nothing to do with my issue.  
 
Now I am getting an unpaid strike against my user ID...I have no way of contacting this guy...what gives?
