Bought many things from Consumer Depot. Had 1 previous to this order DOA and one other issue that was resolved. But on this order I bought 2 cameras and 2 extended warranties. One of the cameras was DOA and so in the process to return the camera their online system does not allow you to complete the return without an RMA number.well when I got the RMA and entered it into the system they accepted the return.They then said they were going to reimburse me for the camera but they did not reimburse me for the warranty since they said I used it to return the camera. The one that was DOA! I had to call my credit card to dispute and get my money back. They have deals but it is 98% chance you will get the shaft when you have to return something.I am no longer a customer.

Consumer Depot shipped me a USED printer when I ordered and paid for a new one. I have been trying to get them to refund my shipping charges for FIVE months and they continue to make excuses for why they can't refund my money.  
 
It it had been an honest mistake, then they should not have given me so much trouble. Clearly they were trying to pass off a used item for new - completely dishonest...  
 
They don't answer their phones and don't care about customer service. This is not a reputable company!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
