I purchase quite a bit of product from Consumer Depot, and I would not do so if they were not reliable and their product wasn`t good, I recentley purchased an Hitachi Camcorder and was very happy with the purchase, as well as their fair prices.

These folks shipped in the retail box, no signature required, so I has a $100 item sitting outside my front door for 8 hours. I opened the box and all appeared intact (although the box was badly beat up). The game booted but wouldn't let me start a game, ends up the disc was scratched. Borrowed a disc so I could test the guitar controller. the tilt sensor was bad. This reseller wants me to pay return shipping. Purchase from somewhere else, as there's no support if something is busted.

Items were open box and used, but I expected that coming in due to the price. With that said, I was very pleased with the items that I received. Two "Guitar Hero" games with guitars for $77 shipped is a pretty sweet deal.
I wish they would have shipped the games in a separate box instead of taping the product boxes together and shipping them that way, but everything arrived ok so I can't complain.
Would buy from again.

I was skeptical at first but quite pleased in the end. The order was quickly processed and diligently filled. I would recommend to almost anyone. Keep in mind though that my GH2 guitar took a little elbow grease to get working perfectly- a little WD-40 in the right places, nothing major.
