This company is amazing, i preordered my motherboard and they saved me 10 dollars. On top of it, they shipped it the same day i ordered it and then i received it 2 days later direct from the manufacturer since i was closer to the manufacturer. I received the MOBO and it works like a champ. I am a Zipzoomfly.com and newegg.com regular and I was nervous about taking a chance with these guys. But Boy, did MotherboardPro.com come through. Had an extremely hard to find motherboard, the ASUS Maximus Formula SE and great service as well with a great price. FAST FAST FAST. Even let me change my shipping after the fact. Called and actually got to talk to a person. NO PHONE TREE. It was great! I really appreciate it and I will definately recommend MotherBoardPro.com to my fellow enthusiasts and will definately look them up when I'm in the market for another mobo.

Ordered two DFI boards from this store in December. When one of them got an issue and I read the return policy of 15 days for DOA and after that work with manufacture I got an RMA from DFI. motherboardpro said they could handle the RMA themselves and have tracking of it for me or I could do it myself. They told me even if I do it myself and I had issues with DFI, they would still provide assistance and help me if needed. This isn't something most stores would even consider doing. Top notch service and very personable.

Very personal - you can get a voice on the other end of the line.  
 
I voiced a concern with 45nm and an updated BIOS on the motherboard I was ordering, they responded later that afternoon and were able to do it. << Not something anyone else would usually do.  
 
Shipping was slightly slower than expected, but that falls on FedEx and not motherboardpro.com;  
 
They even refunded my S/H when they heard me voice my concerns.

These guys are the best, seriously. Bought a motherboard and video card from them since they had the best prices on both anywhere I could find. Two days after my order, when the price of the video card fell a few dollars cheaper, they even credited me the difference no questions asked.  
 
If you desire great customer service this is definitely the place. Their live chat is awesome, you actually speak with a person and not some automated computer program. These guys even called me themselves to ask how my items worked! Mike, the guy I spoke with a few times is very friendly and an asset to have when you are trying to purchase computer hardware. They really do put every effort into making the customer.  
 
Overall, simply the best. I have already told all my friends about them because this really was one of those "wow I gotta tell everyone about these guys!" experiences. Thanks again!

Ordered and the motherboard showed up on time. Has major issues with the P5N-T Deluxe not being stable. Talked with ASUS and they were not at all helpful. They blamed the memory, but my computer was unstable and would not even make it through the POST. Was running a qx9650 processor and OCZ 1066 memory. When it did not run through the post it would either hang at a black screen or not even recognize the processor. I talked with Motherboard pro and they are issuing an RMA to me for the board AND allowing me to swap to an EVGA because of my issues. I don't think any other company out there would allow me to do that. They really were concerned with helping me out.

Exceptional service! I've dealt with many really good online PC companies that ship quickly and effeciently. Some even have good prices. But MotherboardPro.com went way beyond my expectations. I had my motherboard ONE DAY after I ordered it even though their on the other side of the US from me. I'm very impressed.

What a GREAT experience! Motherboard Pro is without a doubt the BEST source for MOBOARDS. Their prices are very reasonable and they have the newest boards first. I would also like to say that they really stand behind their products. I talked to a gentleman named Mike and I can honestly say I never talked to a more patient, understanding guy.

Just wanted to second what others have reported about the AMAZING amount of personal attention given, and also the high level of technical competence of the staff. Always felt like I was talking to someone informed and looking to help.  
 
I have done 3 RMA's with them this month after suffering what seems to be a string of back luck with defective motherboards and they were extremely understanding. Went the extra mile in every department to make sure my needs were met.  
 
Don't think I'll buy a motherboard elsewhere for a while.

Couldn't ask for better customer service, very prompt, friendly and fast with phone calls and e-mails. Pricing is also excellent as well as product availability.
