Ive been looking for the new Gigabyte EP45-Extreme Motherboard, so I went to motherboard pro. they didnt have it on there site, So I figured I call and see they could get it. Turns out they could And they shipped it to me Overnight With Saturday Delivery. This company Is all about Customer Service!
Been having some memory issues with this new P5KC the last week. Tried to call Asus only to get the "33 minute of wait time" message, sorry I dont wait that long for anyone.
Anyways, call MBP.com and explained what the issue was and if I still had enough time to RMA directly to them. Comes to find out I am right on the 15th day. By the time I was off the phone, they had a RMA ready, but stated it wouldnt be sent out until tomorrow and gave me 2 days exta time extension to get it packaged and shipped. (wont need that long )
Heres a few key things about them.
1. They are NOT doing the 15% restocking fee.
2. They offered me advice on how to correct the issue, which couldnt be .
3. Very friendly and very knowledgeable on all motherboards they sell.
4. Gave me some excellent choices for a better motherboard. (Key thing, correct info.)
This company was so easy to deal with I almost forgot that I even had a issue, until I fired the system back up again
This company also has taken my buisness away from newegg because of these few reasons.
Do not worry about ordering from that company, they will bend over backwards for you if you are just as nice to them, as they are too you, if a issue ever comes up.
One other key point I didnt mention above.
Placed my order the night before, by noon the next day I recieved a email with tracking number. The P5KC actually got here a day earlier then stated.
Just cant go wrong with a company like this. More companys need to get back into customer support like MBP.com does.

I placed my order in the afternoon and I received a tracking number that evening. It took less than one day to process and ship out my motherboard. Item was safely packed and arrived in perfect working condition. I'm glad I found motherboardpro.com. I will definitely shop with them again. Thanks!
Great people. Great customer service. Just placed my order for the 3rd motherboard because the last two had some problems (manufacturer's fault). Very good communicators. Email any of them at any time if you have any questions, and they'll be happy to help out.
Lower prices than Newegg, they will almost always price match, and they usually ship direct from the manufacturer. And the best part, no tax for California customers! :)

What a fantastic experience after yet another dismal performance from Newegg. First let me say that I have been a loyal Newegg customer for many years, recently they have really been going downhill.
Faced with continuing my frustration with Newegg or trying someone new, I decided that I had enough and I went for a new vendor.
I contacted customer service through their live chat and talked to Melissa. It was like a whole new experience - simply fantastic.

I contacted motherboard pro, asking about a fan, that I did not know the name of. Melissa was the representitive who helped me. She was able to find out what the fan was called, and order it for me. She worked with me every step of the way, she gave great customer care. I will certainly be buying agin here.
The product I purchased ended up being out of stock, but because of the issue MotherBoard pro gave me a great discount on a higher end board to make up for it. Their shipping was very fast and cheap. I had to work with them on RMAing the motherboard after having a memory issue, and their customer services was A+. This is a great seller and I would buy from them for sure again.
I bought a motherboard from them because the motherboard was considerably cheaper than newegg. Also, since I live in California, buying from newegg would mean I would have to pay taxes, so I decided to give them a try.
I bought the asus p5n-d, and I couldn't get the motherboard to post so I sent it back and they immediately sent me back a replacement board within a week. Then for some reason the other motherboard would not work either. I was just about to call it in for another rma when I noticed the bottom bracket of the cpu heatsink was possibly shorting the board--and it was.
Customer service and response is better than most any other reseller I have ordered from. I experienced a problem that was a result of their error but also a lapse of attention on my part when receiving the item. Even though the situation was outside their normal return policy, they worked with me to find a MOST equitable solution. They responsed in a very timely manner and treated with respect and consideration.
I will definately look to them first for my furture needs of any product they sell and will happily recommended them to any of my friends.
