Been having some memory issues with this new P5KC the last week. Tried to call Asus only to get the "33 minute of wait time" message, sorry I dont wait that long for anyone.
Anyways, call MBP.com and explained what the issue was and if I still had enough time to RMA directly to them. Comes to find out I am right on the 15th day. By the time I was off the phone, they had a RMA ready, but stated it wouldnt be sent out until tomorrow and gave me 2 days exta time extension to get it packaged and shipped. (wont need that long )
Heres a few key things about them.
1. They are NOT doing the 15% restocking fee.
2. They offered me advice on how to correct the issue, which couldnt be .
3. Very friendly and very knowledgeable on all motherboards they sell.
4. Gave me some excellent choices for a better motherboard. (Key thing, correct info.)
This company was so easy to deal with I almost forgot that I even had a issue, until I fired the system back up again
This company also has taken my buisness away from newegg because of these few reasons.
Do not worry about ordering from that company, they will bend over backwards for you if you are just as nice to them, as they are too you, if a issue ever comes up.
One other key point I didnt mention above.
Placed my order the night before, by noon the next day I recieved a email with tracking number. The P5KC actually got here a day earlier then stated.
Just cant go wrong with a company like this. More companys need to get back into customer support like MBP.com does.
