I would highly recommend this company, shipping was quick. They made one mistake on my order and shipped me some wrong fans. I did their Online RMA process and also e-mailed them. In the end, they ended up shipping out my replacement fans the next morning before I had a chance to send the incorrect ones back. They responded much faster than I expected to my e-mails, often within the same hour, even within minutes - very professional and customer oriented. As I wrote them, anyone can make a mistake, it's how you correct your mistake that shows your character. They are certainly first rate.

shown on their web site. They were an authorized dealer but did not stock the item i was looking for. Said they would call me back. They did, in about 2 hours, said they had added the item to their site.

I'm an old hardcore gamer. I emphasize old as I, while a great gamer, lack certain technical knowledge that most youger gamers have. While searching the internet for a solution to a over-heating problem I'm having I came across 3DCOOL. Fans. I need fans. The selection that I'd found addressed my needs fully. I decided to call their 877 number for some input. I had never been so pleased to talk with a sales/tech person. The sales/tech person was not only knowledgable in product selection but actually showed a concern for my product selection. I've NEVER had that happen before. I bought four fans. To Lou Sr., who was the person I had the pleasure to do business with I say THANK YOU. This won't be the last time I contact 3DCOOL for my computing needs and 3DCOOL will be recommecded to everyone I know or meet. A NEW highest rating should be developed just for this business. I've been buying from this store since there original website design. Prices are very good and products are more then satisfactory. Customer service is quick and helpful. Shipping is fast as well. I'm glad to see they have prospered.
