I bought 5 SilenX iXtrema 80mm 14dBA Case Fan, SilenX iXtrema 92mm 14dBA Case Fan, Zalman VF700-CU VGA Cooler, and Thermalright XP-90C Heatsink so I can quite my computer. They did not have SilenX iXtrema 92mm 14dBA Case Fan in stock at there NY office (I live in NY) so they replaced it with a SilenX iXtrema 92mm 11dBA Case Fan for no extra charge so I would receive my entire order at the same time. I got my order on 30th and everything was package nicely and in perfect condition.  
 
There customer service is great and I would most likely purchase from them again.

A great company to get small essential stuff from. I purchased a Scythe Samurai CPU cooler from the (works great). While they dont have the same shipping as newegg (I use them for other stuff) they do have the same order status and shipment info which is great. My item shipped to Michigan in 3 days through USPS. 3dcool did an excelent job in packaging, more than enough packing peanuts and FRAGILE stamped all over the box. I think I might start shopping here more often

My first posting for 3dcool.com even though this is far from my first purchase. That essentially puts it in a nutshell - a repeat customer. I'm very happy that their web site shows an item to be in stock or not. Then you not left wondering when it will arrive. Multiple payment and shipping options provide buyer with flexibility.

Excellent - every item I need has been available. The customer service was friendly and helpful with info. regarding my order. The site is easy to navigate, and the products are reasonably priced.

Excellent Customer Service. I was building a brand new machine and I lacked one small item that even NewEgg didn't carry. I was very upset that I had spent ~2k at NewEgg and they didn't carry a necessary part.  
 
I found the item at 3DCool and I immediately ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised at the low S&H as many companies will gouge you even for small orders. I checked with them the next day to see if they could expedite the service and they immediately replied with the tracking number. It's clear why their rating on this site is that high.  
 

I have been meaning to write a review on 3DCOOL since my 1st purchase from them, but have been too busy. All my purchases with them since then have only reinforced what I experienced the first time. who says "it's never as good as the first time?". Obviously, they haven't had the pleasure of buying anything there. My 1st purchase was a Swiftech MCX159-R NB cooler. I had a few questions about the mounting brackets. Lew amazed me with how in-depth his knowledge of the actual design characteristics of this unit is. But what really left a lasting impression with me, and the reason I will be a lifetime customer, is how Lew demonstrated what integrity is all about. Instead of giving me a "fluff" answer to a small question I had, which I'm sure most retailers would have, He took the time to contact Swiftech and get the "straight scoop". Dealing with 3DCOOL is like having a relative who knows pc's in and out, and will always make sure you are matched up to the piece of equipment you need. All you need to do to see for yourself is purchase something from them, then you will tell yourself, "I wish I would have found them sooner!"

Order went out and was received promptly. No problems. I would definitely consider ordering from them again.

This was my first experience with 3dcool.com and I actually decided to call their store to place my order. I needed items shipped to Hawaii and I wanted to talk with someone about shipping costs. Lou at 3dcool helped me out with very professional and prompt service. He noted the items I wanted, and called me within 20 minutes to give me a shipping cost that was much more agreeable. I placed the order with him immediately. Their staff are very knowledgeable in the products that they carry, and they were able to answer questions honestly and accurately (go ahead and test them on it!). I highly recommend 3dcool and I will be coming back for future orders.

Very fast shipping, excellent site and A #1 customer support when I called to ask a technical question about the dimensions of the case. I will order from this retailer again!

I am a neophyte when it comes to cooling products. I was looking for a way to cool a small/medium home theater enclosure, but didn't really know exactly what to do. I found info about the SilenX product and found 3D Cool as a reseller. After a bit of confusion regarding exactly what I wanted to do, I found the folks at 3D Cool to be very knowledgeable and eager to help. Given their expertise and customer service, I will probably use them when I venture into building a new PC. My suggestion to 3D Cool would be to create a small Home Theater Cooling section.

OK, Here’s my saga ... I'm building my second HTCP. This time I am serious, not just morphing a standard PC tower. I have two key high priorities with this quest ... “Cool and Quiet” … With that, I am going fanless wherever I possibly can. I recently spotted a recommendation for this online company, 3DCOOL.COM and I placed an order for a CPU Cooler, (3) Quiet Case Fans and some Hard Drive Rubber Grommet Screws for vibration dampening. The CPU Cooler I ordered was the Thermaltake Sonic Tower, which I found as a recommendation on the web while surfing. I called Thermaltake to ensure it would fit in my Silverstone LC10M case and they said; "yes it would". When my order came in, well, 3DCOOL.COM sent me two Sonic Towers in error! Worse yet, it “didn’t” fit my case!! So, I called 3DCOOL.COM to explain I needed to return both Sonic Towers and spoke to Lew Mariotti. This guy is an electronic genius when it comes to PC cooling. Really knows his stuff. He spent quite some time listening to my goals, then educated me and recommended the best products for my solution. He then explained how I could return my Sonic Towers and said my shipping would be refunded when crediting my Visa card. Well, they received my package, but as it turns out I “didn’t” get my refund and was charged a 15% restocking fee! Ouch! Of course after this, I didn’t place my second order for the new CPU Cooler Lew recommended. I was somewhat frustrated, sent an email and left a voicemail with little expectation that I would get any response back. Again Lew took the time to pursue calling me to make it right. He apologized, offered to credit me the shipping on my second order and sent it two day priority mail! Bottom line for me, this was not a ton of money and was mainly a principle issue. To me, it’s harder to recover from a mistake and provide great customer sat … but that’s just what Lew did. I am convinced that this company has integrity, is serious about pleasing it’s customers and provides personal attention rarely found elsewhere when it comes to finding the appropriate product to meet your needs. So, two thumbs up 3DCOOL! I will be back, and will recommend you to my friends. Thanks very much!  
 
UPDATE - My delivery came on time and I received all the correct items. Not the real work starts, complete my HTPC project! Wonder is 3DCOOL can give me more time in a day? !!! :o) THANKS, I'll let you know how it goes ... T.

Incredible website with great product offerings including detailed product specs and lots of photos. Super fast shipping (same day!!). Great Customer Service with very knowledgeable sales staff. This is my second order at 3DCOOL. Will order again soon.
