A real good company.

I was referred to this site by a friend of mine who had also built his own pc. While on the steeper side of prices the tornado 2000 case with a 431watt power supply i got from them was fairly well made except for a small defect on an inside corner that i fixed myself. other than that it's a great case with lots of room. shipping was nearly $20 on top of a $228 case. But I got an UPS tracking number within one to two days and received my case on thursday after ordering over the weekend! I would definitely suggest them as a place to buy a case.

I had ordered 2 monitor coolers. I was charged for 2 along with freight for two. When I received my order there was only 1 in box. I e-mailed them three times that day. All e-mails were returned. This was on a friday. On monday I called them and talked to a gentlemen named Jeff. He took information and would get back with me. Two hours later I received a e-mail stating that the other monitor cooler would be shipped that day.  
 
Today I received the other monitor. Thanks Jeff for following through on you promise.  
 
I would purchase from them again.

Ordered from them some items, about two months later I had not recieved them, sent them an email about it , they said they would look into it and would give me an answer the next week.. when I pressed them for answers I never got a reply. 67$ lost there. Terrible service. Do not advice anyone to shop with them.

These guys are great! They are the only place I have found with 120mm/131cfm fans, for example, and they have great prices on most of their stuff. The customer service people are knowledgeable and courteous, and in short, there is no reason not to look at them whenever you need extreme cooling solutions.

I bought the custom penguin case and it got to my house very quickly, It looked gread, the led on one of the eyes does not work, but what are you gonna due? Still a great company.
