Ordered a product and paid for 3-day shipping. Credit card was charged on same day as I ordered the product. Product was not shipped until two days later. Delivery therefore spanned a weekend; end result: it took seven days to receive the product, even though I paid for 3-day shipping.

If there prices dont beat most places out, there custmer service will.

I bought a Monitor cooler for 1.95 + shipping, took only 3 days shipped to me, good packaging, cheap.

Amazing Service and Shipping, Most likely the best company I have ever done business with. Ordered a PC Power and Cooling 510 Deluxe at a price that was $20 cheaper than anyone else, and was delivered 3 days later.

Recieved wrong order.  
But the people at 3D Cool fixed the mistake almost immediatly.  
They have great customer service skills

Purchased a "PC Power & Cooling 510 ATX-Deluxe", unfortunatly, it was on backorder & the webpage hadn't been updated with this info. Not their fault, it was over a 3-day weekend.  
 
I did appreciate the phone call telling me they were ordering more, just wish it wouldn't have taken nearly 2 weeks after the order to receive my item. Again, not their fault.  
 
Overall, I'd shop with them again.  
 
But first, they REALLY need to fix ther checkout basket, sometimes it won't update, remove, or add items, after you've put "XX" amount in there.

Received product promptly and order was in excellent condition. Tech. support was friendly, provided knowledgable information and fully explained the reasoning associated with his advice. Very helpful & I will be a repeat customer.

I finally recieved my order from 3DCOOL it was in great shape as it was packaged like it would want it shipped even though it came from NEW YORK  
to CALIFORNIA this order was recieved in great shape i have really enjoyed my shopping experience with 3DCOOL and this will be my choice to order from again. although it takes  
5 working days for shipping. this retailer  
scores a 10 in my book........................
