I couldn't be more pleased with the service and support options from Alienware. The hardware, attention to detail, and build quality is outstanding. Everything was tested prior to shipment and packed immaculately. I've purchased numerous systems over the years and even built a few myself but this Area-51 7500 far surpasses my expectations. This is the beginning of a great relationship I hope to have with Alienware and I would definitely buy all future systems and peripherals from them. Thanks!

Alienware came out of the box and functioned exactly as I had expected. Custom built to our expectations, it was easily installed. It's beautiful and the only minor surprise is that the case footprint was larger than expected. An incredible custom built value.

Alienware not only manufactures great laptops but their services including customer service and shipping is even better.  
The laptop turned out to be better than i had expected. They had provided all the tools for easy use of the computer and resources to use in case of any problems.  
All the products i had bought for them are high-standard and would definitely go back to Alienware any if not all of my computer needs.

We required 2 high-end systems for our Marketing department. Alienware's reputation for performance equipment fell in line with our business needs. We received two Area51 @ m15x laptops. We are very happy with these systems. They arrived undamaged, everything tested ok when both were first booted. What more can you ask for.

alienware is a good system for school or for fun runs great never crashes tuff as nails this alienware laptop is the best computer i have ever seen and am interested in whats coming out next from alienware

The m15x is everything I dreamed it to be. I had never bought from Alienware before but now I'll never be buying anywhere else. The product shipped on time and everything worked right out of the box. It's been over a month now and everything has been just great. Alienware goes the extra mile to make their product great as their product presentation(light up keyboard with changeable colors, some extra presents within the box, etc.) is simply second to none. I am extremely happy that I chose to become part of the Alienware family.

My new machine is awesome! Runs everything with no problems, and the machine itself is very nice looking. Everything worked as advertised.

Its one of the finest piece of equipment I've ever used and i would gladly do buisness with the again and the customer assistance was excellant,no complaints at all.

Alienware is One of my favourite companis. they're laptops and desktops are brilliant, and out of this world!. I just recieved a Mx17 and its such a nice laptop. I can use it for any game and it runs smoothly and very fast. Overall 10 out of 10

I got my new comp about one month ago and I love it. It has done way better then I thought it would. I am a first time buyer and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good gaming comp.

Alienware was great right out of the box. I gave me accurate and simple instructions as how to set up, and it is an excellent Notebook. It excels in performance and multitasking. A great buy, definitely worth the money

Awesome system! Not only did my system arrive early, but it included some nice extras from Alienware I was not expecting. My system is screaming fast and quiet! I also loved the ability to track my computer thru all the phases of production, very nice. Killer system, great price, Alienware has a customer for life!

First time buyer and will buy again. Great company to work with. Was updated every step of the way. The computer itself is a work of art on the inside. I have always built my own systems, but with the way technology advances I realized I was behind and didn't want to invest the time to research every aspect of building one.

I ordered the Area-51 m9750 because it had been out for long enough for Alienware to have worked out all the kinks in the system, and they SUCCEEDED!! I also chose this laptop because I didn't want to deal with Dual Video Card problems, and it offered RAID, so it seemed perfect. This suprisingly beautiful laptop shipped earlier than expected, was packaged well, came exactly as ordered and I haven't had a single problem (software or hardware)!! This is my second purchase from them and I was equally extremely satisfied with my previous purchase also. The reviews are true that Alienware doesn't cut corners!!
