I bought surround sound speakers several years ago and J&R was the only one who had the best price and was legitamate. This time I bought the Nikon D90 Camera and again they had the best price by far on the web and in the stores. I saved $70 over Best Buys best price and saved on shipping and taxes. They called me to confirm I was the person charging this product online, great security. I had that camera in my hands in 24 hours. Yes, I live a state over, but so many places dont send your stuff out for days. This Store is the real deal compared to some of those bait and switch sites offering unrealistic prices.

Hey, you guys are great, I've been searching for a vendor with this cam (Canon S90) for the past two days. Yesterday, nada, but today 'begorra!', you had it and it was shipped today also (according to your email). I was heartily recommended here from an alternate site www.kenrockwell.com, a digital imaging site and although I didn't click through to get to you, his recommendation is what led me her, so thanks to you both! I hope I'm as happy with the camera as I am with his review and your service.

Shipment was extremely fast, especially since I designated ground shipment. Tracking notification was very timely, and delivery was made in about 48 hours. Packaging was first rate, with double carton, no damage, and the item delivered was exactly as expected, with enclosed invoice and good explanatory return info was included in the package.

I ordered a Motorola Rokr Z6 and I had the following issues with JR.com:  
1.) The color of the phone I received is orange & black, not just black as shown on the web site.  
2.) All documentation came in SPANISH. An English version is only online available. The first links I received, were for a different phone or not for the manual.  
3.) I did not receive an email confirmation of my order and it did not show after logging into my account.  
4.) App. one week after I received the phone, the price was reduced.  
5.) After 2 weeks I found out the phone sends text messages automatically to a number in England.  
I will not shop at this place again.

Shipment of the item took longer than indicated in an initial phone call to the company, had to be rerouted by a third party entailing additional hassle. However, the Lead Representative of the Web Services Team was quite responsive, offering an apology and assistance if the item could not be forwarded on. The item was eventually received in working order.

Competitive price on a good product. Shipped as promised. NO problems with damaged goods. I am a happy customer. I won't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
