Never received the parcel....This is the first time I purchased from J&R . It was a pack of CDs and really a bad experience in shipping since USPS site says that the parcel has already been delivered to the front door and in real we didnt receive any parcel. I dont understand why cant they leave a note that the parcel be collected at USPS office if there is no response at the door rather than leave a parcel out at the door and walk away when there are hundred's of appartments in the community. We have ordered many stuffs through other sites and have always received the parcel in the mail box which can accomodate even a 21" tv. Thanks god it was worth a $9. If it was something expensive like camera or laptop it would have been a great loss. Lesson learnt; even if you spend a few dollars extra its fine, dont go for deals with free shipping because you end up losing everthing.

This is the first time I have ordered from J&R online, and the order was well-packed and delivered promptly. I had a little problem receiving it the first time (UPS' problem, NOT J&R's), but it was easily resolved. ABSOLUTElY HORRIBLE!!! Here is the e-mail I sent.  
 
Dear J&R Customer Service,  
 
I recently placed and order with you for a Hercules DJ Control Steel. Order number 99171388. After a week of my calling you asking why my product had yet to be sent, and you constantly messing up my address, it was finally sent out on the October 27th 2009. This was incredibly last minute considering I have had 2 events scheduled this weekend alone and that was a mere 4 days to get the product to me in Florida. But alas the shipping company said it would be here by Friday, which was just in time for my events. After waiting all day Friday October 30th 2009, I called UPS around 6pm wondering why I had not received my package. They informed me that there was no apartment number included in the shipping address. They then instructed me to contact the seller(J&R) and ask for it to be held at a UPS Hub. After doing what I was instructed to do, and receiving a promise 3 times by the J&R representative that it would be done immediately, and that I should call UPS within the hour and be further instructed, I find out after calling within the time frame that the message was never sent by the J&R representative! And now I am losing out on money all because you could not get anything correct. I placed my order with plenty of time to receive the product, this is inexcusable and something needs to be done about this. I will be calling tomorrow. Please excuse me if I seem upset, I will discuss this further with someone tomorrow.
