Easy to order on website prices are excellent shipping is fast and inexpensive.I would shop again at jr for all my electronics

The Sennheiser HD 650 I purchase from this order, though is not the highest quality headphone I own, but have been used consistantly almost every day. In fact, I am very pleased with its sound quality. I purchased this item with many ease and the transaction went smoothly. But one thing I want to complain is the shipping cost to Canada increased too much. My last purchase from J&R to Canada, though an heavy item, had only cost 20-30 dollars. Hope this level of shipping cost will come back to J&R again.

I have always enjoyed shopping through the J&R Website. I live in California and it is actually less expensive to shop at J&R than it is to shop at out local electronics store here.I have been shopping with this company since 2005 and I do not see my self or my wife ending the shopping relationship any time soon. You really don't have to take our word for it... just see for yourself.

This is the latest of several purchases I've made from J&R and I love buying from them due to their great customer service, excellent pricing, their prompt shipping, and excellent return policy. On one previous item order I got an item that had a defect and they were quick about sending me a replacement at no cost to me. So far the current item is fantastic and was shipped quickly. Will continue to buy from J&R in the future.

The online ordering process was extremely easy. The price of the item I purchased at J&R was great. The delivery was on time and the item was in great condition. I love shopping at J&R.

I have ordered form J&R quite a bit and never had one problem. as a matter of fact one order the product was a manufacture defect I called J&R and I had another shipped to me right away with a return for the other one. I will always be a die hard fan of J&R. Just keep up the good work guys.

J&r has great costumer service. I have shopped with them several times and they have always been helpful. If there is a problem with my order they always call and make sure everything is ok.

I ordered a bluetooth headset, which said on the page that it uses AAA batteries, in fact it uses AAAA batteries which are harder to find and expensive.

I wanted an HDTV that was smaller than 32 inches but larger than 26 inches. My "entertainment center" was not quite wide enough for 32-inch models. After much searching, I found a TV that fit the size requirements by Hanns - the HannsSpree 28-inch set. After more searching, I found the set at J&R Computing for the best price at the time - just under $400. Shipping was free, the TV arrived without a scratch, and I was able to order through Google Checkout. No tax, either. I am extremely happy with the TV and especially with the fast service from J&R. I will probably shop there again in the future.

This Impecca player is awesome and plays with good sound.I would definitely recommend to a friend . i bought this one espicially to listen to the mp3 format ebooks and bible lessions. I am comfortable with this player

As always, J&R ships quickly, and the product was packaged really well. They also called to confirm the purchase to minimize the opportunity for fraud.

product worked fine at first then frose once then twice and this passed weekend it frose for 2 days while i was comming back from a road trip luckely i reached the city so i knew where i was. really want to semd it back. its nice cool but freezes
