I tried to make the purchase by buy.com and and that could not be done for they did not want to take my order and could not answer my questions. I then was sent to you as the provider. Then I had two hours trying to get the order made on line and with no one to help on weekends. I had to wait until Tuesday to get the order filled by phone.

Good company. I ordered a HP refurbished. It does not come with system DVDs as specified on their web. So I emailed them several times. They responded by email quickly. I did not get the DVDs, as they claimed that I need to burn one by myself off the recover drive. Still, they are responsive, and not ignoring me at all. Product works good anyway. Thanks. Will do business again.
This is my second order from this J&R and it has been a great experience. They ship their items immediately and arrive as promised. The first purchase was made well over a year ago. It was a large ticket item (Sony SLR and accessories) and I've never had any problems. The most recent order was for 2 unlocked cell phones and they are exactly as described. Unfortunatley I had to return one of the phones and J&R responded quickly with a return authorization.
I highly recommend these guys...very prompt and very professional!

I placed the order with standard shipping on the 17th of October and was delivered on the 22nd. The items were well packaged and intact when they arrived. I was impressed with the speed of the delivery and the completeness of the order.

I called Urban Express and was told by the dispatcher who checked with the driver that it would be here between 5:30PM and 8PM
I told the dispatcher that I was told
2-6PM by J&R and that the building
does not accept deliveriesafter 6PM
Needless to say you arrived at 5:05PM
on your way back from Connecticut
and not only broughtthe packed box
up to my apartment but also

Ordered a Linksys WiFi bridge, which stopped working after a week. By that time, I no longer had the box, but a J&R customer-service rep. said that it wouldn't be a problem to exchange it. 3 weeks after sending it back to them, called and was told that they will not exchange it without a box. This company clearly needs to work on their customer-service.
Update: After disputing the charge with my credit-card, J&R has notified me that they have gotten Linksys to replace my product. I just wish they would have done this right away.

Our organization, and particularly our Customer Service Department, prides itself on providing top-notch service especially when things go badly. What we don't do is dismiss a customer's complaint especially after having the item back for an extended period of time. A representative basically told this customer he was out of luck and that is not acceptable. Happily, the next representative pursued a resolution correctly.
No box made this a bit sticky but we have forced the issue with our supplier and have arranged for a replacement. All this was in the works well before the customer understandably disputed the charge.
That having been said, this took longer than it should have. We have taken steps to insure such processes happen in a much more timely fashion.
