The Toshiba HD tv that I purchased a few months ago was received in 3 days,instead of the 5-7 that was listed. One word - FANTASTIC service! I am in the military, stationed at an APO address and it is often very hard to get products sent; many companies won't even ship to APOs. Not only did this company ship a product in perfect condition, I received it within 6 days of ordering. I can't thank you enough. J&R has the best price I could find for the HP Monitor. I've been very pleased with the service I have received. They were very prompt in shipping my computer monitor and providing tracking. When I sent a question to their contact information, I received an email with an appropriate response and a call back within 24 hours so I could purchase an extended warranty right then.

I received my purchase timely and at a great price. I have one issue with the merchandise. The step ladder I purchased was packaged very well and protected, so it surprised me that when I removed its original packaging, it had a 2 inch chunk of paint missing. Very surprised by this. Does not seem like an issue with the vendor, but rather with the manufacturer.  
 
J&R followed up with my comments and took care of the issue immediately. Very satisfied with J&R.

Today, November 9, 2009 our new TV arrived, safe & sound via UPS. We were notified via e-mail of a tracking number and followed it right to our door. We appreciate the extra packing that was used. This was a first for my wife & I to order via the internet and are more than pleased with the service we received from J&R. Great service great price, what more could we ask for
