Bought 3 PS3 games from them, all of them is at least 50% off. 2 of them were shipped the day after order via UPS. While one of them is still processing..today I recieved a email saying that order was cancel due to error in their system and is now out of stock. I am not pissed, I think they are doing all they can to honor the order, hey 2 PS3 games for $24 with free shipping via UPS is pretty sweet deal.

First, the shipping was extremely fast. The laptop itself was incredible and the speeds has been seocnd to none. I've used the Blu-ray, gaming, and 3D benchmark tests, and this system performs VGN-FW355J. I couldn't believe how beautiful this machine is on the build and the quality that Sony put into this system. It is better looking then any MAC. Sony Vaio did a great job I am very happy. My only complaint is no system restore software and the manual included is not good.

I've placed 9 orders so far and NEVER had a problem. Sony ships FAST (usually same/next day), and I usually get my items within 3-4 days after placing the order!!! I strongly recommend people to BUY DIRECT.

I purchased a 32-inch XBR6 LCD HDTV from them and the experience has been completely delightful. The shipping was fast, the price was great, and anyway I had to do via phone went without a hitch. I would gladly buy from them again.

Ordered PS3 160gb bundle online April 5th around midnight. Item was shipped April 7th per confirmation, received item April 13th in perfect shape. Ordered from SonyStyle because prices were all about the same (within a couple dollars)but Sony was giving a free extra controller along with the same bundle from everyone else. Couldn't ask for better. I had also bought a laptop from SonyStyle several years ago along with some accessories (seperate order) and also had no problems or delays in shipping. All of my experiences have been highly satisfactory.

On 12/12/08, I purchased two items from this company thinking it was Sony, with no hesitation or any thought that it could be a scam company.
I learned of this Reseller ratings a couple of days later on the 15th of Dec. So I checked on Sony Style and did not like what I read.
However, I am happy to report my items have arrived today the 17th of Dec. I never did receive info by email about the shipment or tracking number. I had to log in to my account and track it that way. It seemed a little odd, but then again I don't shop online everyday.
Overall, I would purchase again from this company and just know to be patient with the shipping.

I am a call agent for Sony Style Customer Care, so I know exactly what customers are having trouble understanding. For the customer about the shipping dates, let me inform you that again, ITS A DAMN ESTIMATED SHIP DATE!! Obviously you don't know what the hell the word Estimated means!!! And no where do we promise the consumer a ship date or time! Because if we did promise, we would write it in the same red letters that state ESTIMATED SHIP DATE, and would put PROMISED SHIP DATE! There is this thing if any of you dont know called a PROCESS! First the order has to process meaning we check if the consumer has the sufficient funds which may take a little bit of time since we are dealing with very personal and secure info. Then once thats cleared, the system notifies any sony warehouse across the U.S of that particular item needing to be sent out. They check and make sure that the right item is going to be sent out and then we wait for Fedex to provide a tracking #. Basically, every order is a first come first serve basis, you have to remember there ARE OTHER customers out there that have also purchased items and your not the only one we cater too! This process may take up to a day or two because they are actually helping the customer by making sure thier order is sent correctly and no mistakes are made during the process. You have to know that we are human that are working this process and we can only do so much! We would love to provide the customer with an exact date and time of their item being shipped but we cant because thats considered falso hope and besides anything can happen such as systems shutting down which could slow the process down, also the weather, preventing items to be to sent out due possible dangerous conditions, or god forbid the truck crashing and everything being damaged or the warehouse cathing on fire. Customers, PLEASE do us a favor and dont be so stupid! READ the terms and conditions before you purchase and PLEASE just have some damn common sense about things! Thank you, by doing so you will make my job a little bit easier by not having to explain something so fuckin simple or even having to explain to a customer something they could have read in detail themselves, so I can at least deal with reasonable situations customers may have that have meaning and are valid!

After reading the horror stories about Sony Style now I am really scared of it.
However last month I purchased a CyberShot T300 digital camera. It was 50$ costlier at Sony style but I wanted it to be engraved because it was a gift hence went for it. It arrived on time and I've no issues with the Camera (it's a beauty in fact). However the next day I ordered I found they were giving a 50$ "Fathers' day" discount on it... Geez talk about bad timing.
Now I've my eyes set on a Viao but after reading all these reviews... shudder shudder...

Very pleased. I ordered the sony a200w, an accessory kit for it, and a memory card. I received everything Today. Customer service has improved.

I bought a VGN-AR590E VAIO Laptop from them and had it shipped 2nd day. Received the goods and all is well. I like the laptop, I likes it a lot. :)

Sony never misses! I ordered a DSLR camera on-line & paid a little more than found in rip-off NY/NJ camera resellers). Ordered on a Saturday night, in-stock item to ship next business day, free 3-4 day shipping (just in time for Christmas). I received email next morning that moved shipping date till Wednesday but was upgraded (without asking) to 2-day shipping at no charge (still in time for Christmas). Next day I received email stating that items shipped that day (Monday,tracking# provided); still with 2-day shipping. Products arrived in perfect condition 2 days later as stated (Wednesday). Everything was in the box, everything worked perfectly, and it all arrived at my doorstep ahead of promise date! At no time did I need to speak to anyone, answer any questions, get pressured for "upgrades", or do anything except to order from the right vendor. I've used Sony for years and have never been disappointed.

Order shipped the next day, arrived quickly, and was very carefully packaged. Product worked great and was exactly as described. They run frequent free shipping promotions, for ground shipping at least. I had such a positive experience with Sony Style that I felt I needed to post a review. They shipped me the new Sony DSC-H5 weeks ahead of schedule; when I called to ask them to remove my shipping charges as they now had free shipping option -- they did that willing; customer support people were very pleasant and obviously U.S. based; ...
