I felt your website was easy to use and displayed your sale items very well...your pricing is very competetive but what I like best is my products arrived before you said they would...my only negative would be the spacing on your confirmed order email..it all text and hard to read...don't be afraid to use a little HTML...its good for business.

It was easy and fast to work your way through the site. I like all the different type of ways to search the site for the product I needed. The ink I purchase was a great value for the price I paid. I have purchased ink 3 times from the supermedia store and was always happy with it. The ink is a little be different compared to the original Epson ink but with slight adjustments it looks outstanding.

Everything was smooth... from checkout to shipping. Plus I got a toner cartridge for less than half of the cost of the manufacturer's price! Will order again soon.

My laser toner was received promptly. So far the quality of the product is fine. I have used Supermediastore for many years, for blank DVD, Dvd storage, inkjet suppplies, toner, and I don't recall ever having complaint. They are a well organized, serious supplier.

I always order my DVD recordable media from Supermediastore.com. Competitive pricing and I always order at a level giving free shipping. The Verbatim DVD+R DL is what I have reordered from them numerous times and they continue to perform flawlessly. Never had a media induced failure (some by operator error though). Always prompt shipping and e-mail with tracking info...No need to look elsewhere for me!!!

I ordered a printer cartridge CB435A - HP 35A (Toner for the HP LaserJet P1006) and three days later I received it by mail. The price I paid (including shipping) was less than half of what I would have paid at WalMart.  
 
I was not sure if the cartridge was good, so I tried and it worked. The printing is crisp and the print quality is excellent. The packaging was a double box, and some padding. Very impressive packaging for shipping a toner cartridge.  
 
I will buy again from Supermediastore if I need toner or other supplies.
