Overall, I was pleased with my experience with Supermedia, although I did have an initial problem with my order. Originally, I only received half of my order of blank DVDs. I notified Supermedia of the mistake and they sent out not only the other half of my order, but amount of the original entire order at no extra charge. So, even if service isn't 100% reliable the first time, their customer service follow through, in this case, was excellent.

Supermedia store has always provided great service at a great price. I always buy my blank media from them. I have never received a damaged disc. I highly recommend them.

Great store.. fast shipping on all my items, and they go out of their way to provide good customer service. Also offer coupon codes periodically, which is a plus.. so it's easy to save money. Never pay retail anywhere!

I have oredered 2 Canon compatible ink cartridges. The price is very reasonable. Delivery was fast and in time. And the surprise is that 20 pages of photo paper was enclosed as gift. I think it is the great service.

A good web-store. Everything works on the site, as it should, and items are shipped in a reasonable amount of time.  
Shipping costs are a bit high, but everything purchased to date (5 separate purchases totaling over $2100) has arrived correct and in proper shape. I do agree with another rater on here that would like better packing in the shipments.  
 
Overall I am comfortable in knowing that if I order something, I will receive it.

great seller. i have not made many purchases from this seller, but the few times i have, it went as smoothly as youd expect from any yahoo merchant.

They had the best price on the item that I could find by searching. Shipment was prompt, and the item as described. (4GB SD card).
