After 2 months using this product it SQUEAKS really bad & loud... I called my technical support for my machine, we did a series of tests to see what was causing it and it was this product I ordered from you. Now it's starting to pull my paper in at a slant... Hmmm is a cheap deal good?

I have been a SuperMediaStore customer for years now, and I am always thoroughly satisfied. Prices are low, and shipping is fast (and usually free!)  
One of the best things about the store is their use of biodegradable packaging peanuts. All things being equal, this would be enough to sway my decision against another store.

Prices were very competitive and online ordering process very easy. Only problem I had was tring to get some help on the phone...long holds and kept getting disconnected. Overall very satisfied.

However, the Chinese knock-off toner  
cartridge was a piece of junk.

Super Media Store is great for toner. They provide great prices, very good products, and quick shipping. I did have a minor issue with some of the toner that I bought once, and they promptly issued a full refund. Customer service was prompt and friendly.
