excellent product, unbeatable price, fast service

Our order (lightscribe cds) arrived so quick one would think it was by airmail, yet it was regular mail and "free shipping" at that.  
In December 2008, we ordered from the same company a hard drive, hard drive enclosure and other things and the same excellent customer service and shipping and we forgot to rate this company then. Recommended with 5 *****

Ordered 100 cd cases. Order arrived with 35 of the cases damaged and unusable. Cases were squeezed into a box with NO buffer or packing to protect them. Unbelievable stupidity. Contacted them immediately. They replied with an email requesting a description of the damage (I sent the info again even though I had previously done so in detail at their site.) The email came back as undeliverable several days later. I sent another, it came back as undeliverable. Went back to the site and restated problem. NO RESPONSE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CONSIDERATION. A truly inept company that is rude and unresponsive. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND..... WILL POST THIS INFO ON OUR SITE WHICH DEALS WITH PROFESSIONALS IN THE AUDIO/VIDEO INDUSTRY.

The DVD/CD storage case for 1000 discs is fine if you are putting it on a table. If not, opening and closing it will be awkward in trying to find a specific disc.

Ass always, received the order much faster then anything else I order on line. SupermediaStore shipping is the BEST. Product is always Top-Notch. I only buy blank media and related accessories from SupermediaStore. I won't settle for less quality or service at higher prices anywhere else ever again. Jay Schmitt

I have purchased several hundred of these AC-001-0165 slim single DVD cases from Super Media Store. With specials they are below $20 and so far all have been good. I used to buy at SAM'S club Verbatim cases for just under $26. The last couple purchases of cases from Sam's i had several per box with loose clear jackets and some didn't close properly. These are great when on sale !
