Ordered 100 cd cases. Order arrived with 35 of the cases damaged and unusable. Cases were squeezed into a box with NO buffer or packing to protect them. Unbelievable stupidity. Contacted them immediately. They replied with an email requesting a description of the damage (I sent the info again even though I had previously done so in detail at their site.) The email came back as undeliverable several days later. I sent another, it came back as undeliverable. Went back to the site and restated problem. NO RESPONSE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CONSIDERATION. A truly inept company that is rude and unresponsive. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND..... WILL POST THIS INFO ON OUR SITE WHICH DEALS WITH PROFESSIONALS IN THE AUDIO/VIDEO INDUSTRY.

Extremely unhappy. I ordered printer cartridges on Saturday morning. They said that they would be delivered in 5 days. I figured okay, I would get them by Friday. The post office gets my stuff cross country in 4 days for $4.90. I paid $11.40. Today, Friday, I find out that 5 days doesn’t count the first day Monday. FedEx does not delivery on Saturdays or Mondays, so I’m getting them on Tuesday, so 5 days is 10 days.. Nice to find out the day you expect delivery. I recommend you pay the difference and to Office Deport or Office Max.

I have recently tried to purchase brother lc 51 ink cartridges. Today only i received them and found it to be a third party company named G & G.  
 
When i talked about this with customer service they have simply cut my phone.  
 
I found it very discouraging because i am looking to buy brother ink cartridges only.  
 
In future please mention the names of the exact company instead of mentioning "brother compatible" cartridges.

The Website clearly states is a compatible inkjet cartridge which means it’s a “generic brand” not made from the manufacture of your printer. However if you wish to return it, we would be glad to issue a RMA.

Customer service is the worst I have encountered.  
 
I received my order for an LG LG GGW-H20L Blu-Ray HD-002-2668 Rewriter/HD DVD Drive -  
OEM. I did not receive the blank BluRay DVD/RE that was in the LG "what's included list".  
Customer service sais that I shluld only get the drive. When I pointed out that I received the cables & the other items on the list, she said that the cables were needed to make the drive work< but the DVD was not. She suggested that I resolve the missing item with the manufacturer. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she put me on a hold that was too long to wait for.

Ink cartridge was terrible quality. Ordered it 2-day for an urgent project and it obviously didn't work. Spent an hour on the phone trying to get a refund but they still would not refund shipping cost (which is stated in their terms but still...). Customer service was pretty bad. Refund still hasn't come back to my credit card.

Two of the ink cartridges did not work, I emailed them asking what could be done to resolve this issue, however, I never heard back from them. I will not be purchasing ink from this site again.

Charged TWICE for order. Customer Service said 'it happened to a lot of people that day'. CS said money has been refunded, but Credit Card company says not.  
On the third call asking for refund I was told refund was already made and email verification would be sent to me. It was never sent, but refund was eventually made (about 9 days later).  
They posted a response here saying they were sorry, but never responded to me. BAD SERVICE. Steer Clear!!  
I got a cheap tape measure gift in the mail 12 days after order (no explanation).

Ordered over $200 in toner from this company on June 25, 2009. On June 30th finally received notice that the product had been shipped, but the tracking number is not showing as valid. On June 30th the vendor charged our bank account for the order TWICE! When I phoned they said they had charged ALL their clients twice and would refund. Today is July 2 and we still have no refund and customer service is telling us they shipped the product and we returned it to them. After hours of telling them that wasn't so, they finally admitted they sent it out FedEx with a UPS number, so it never actually went out, but was logged as a return. They've actually asked us to place another order and pay for it in advance, mind you we've already paid for this order TWICE!  
 
As of now we've paid out over $400 and still have no refund or toner.  
 
Very disappointed in this company. This was our first shot at using them and our last.

I purchased two high capacity replacement toner cartridges SuperMediaStore in 2008. The first cartridge worked fine but the second cartridge froze up after printing just a few pages and was totally unusable. The cartridge failure occurred after the 180 day return window, however, when you buy cartridges in volume it isn't practical to test every cartridge to make sure it works. SuperMediaStore refused to exchange the defective cartridge even though it was obviously defective.  
 
On the toner cartridge it states "We warrant that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship under ISO 90001 quality certification. We replace any products found under normal use and service."  
 
I will not do business with a company that doesn't honor its warranties.

Our return policy clearly states,we will gladly accept a return within 180 days from the day it was purchased. Please understand every item must have a covered warranty period. Product as described but I am very disappointed in their customer service department. While the order was being processed and before I received the item, they dropped the price on the item I ordered. I contacted them and ask if I could get the lower price and the representative said they had no price guarantee and could not reduce the cost of my order. That told me what they thought of my future business. I won't buy from them again and will share my story with anyone that will listen.

You are absolutely incorrect with your reply and your defensive argumentative attitude shows. I called 3 separate times and of the 3 once spoke to a supervisor.  
 
The issue here is that each one of your reps advised me differently on 3 separate occasions with incorrect information. I was advised that since it was a $13.99 HDMI cable that the it was going to be re-shipped immediately since it was not worth waiting days for your inefficient claims process.  
 
If you had just apologized and expedited the shipping which you refused to do, I would not be so disgusted. and asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded.  
Your folks have no sense of problem solving or customer skills!  
Say as you will, but this is the truth.

Price may be nice but since they could not even handle tracking/sending a simple set of hdmi cables correctly, I would not place any credibility in their other products or services. Complete inability to problem solve. Customer Service Reps are exceptional at making excuses and being rude.

Problem with verification of American Express Gift Card which they charged. I have ordered at least 4 to 6 times before with no issue. Customer Service was none responsive in the beginning and after firing off a few emails things started moving rapid fire, and they are coming back strong with some awesome customer service and upgraded shipping, still a few unanswered question but time will tell if all is wonderful  
 
**** Update **** I have been in contact with a senior customer service rep about my concerns and they are being taken seriously and very professionally.  
 
I will update this review and the closure of my review is expected to be much more positive once the final results of there follow through are done.  
 
I am still waiting on answers to some of my questions but the follow up from them has improved greatly to this point.  
 
To The Senior Customer Service Rep @ SuperMediaStore you have done a wonderful job.  
 
I have to say she is really going out of here way to get me some answers so that is a big plus in my book. Will I order again most likely just need a few answers and this matter is closed and I will gladly give SuperMediaStore 5 check marks no problem once all my questions are answered. Well in closing they tried there best. I have not received my answers I wanted. I have been patient. So this review goes down a few notches.

Would not do business with again. Previous order cancelled without notification because according to cs agent, someone used my email domain fraudulently at some time in the past. I asked about Hotmail users, surely there's been fraudulent use of Hotmail? No answer. All they had to do was contact me by email and have me call in to verify everything or call me. No they cancelled the order without notice. No excuse. I buy a lot of media stuff. But not from them in the future.  
Update...after reading their reply they still don't have an excuse. Very simple to email the customer and have them contact cs to verify info. Why have online ordering if you can't rely on it?

I am at my wits end and in the end you have lost a customer.  
 
To offer free shipping and take 10 days and it still has not arrived.  
 
I will contact you again if I do not receive this order.  
 
But consider me a customer lost and I was going to order more.  
 
In these days and times you would think you would be on your JOB  
 
instead you offer free shipping 7 to 10 days and I placed the order on the third and now it is the sixteenth and no
